I absolutely love how thought out these reviews are - I don't know if it is accidental or not, but even the music when demonstrating the stereos match the vehicles shown (here at first classical) I just love it. Fantastic car by the way and a direct demonstration that full metal roofs are NO substitute for an old-school style textile hood - they just look better
I always loved these large Bentleys. I have no idea why this has no current successor. Some kind of Mulsanne coupe/convertible would be great! Everyone saying this car is outdated, you must remember that this car is based on a VERY old platform. From a time when Rolls Royce/Bentley were still merged. I don't understand the negativity a lot of people give it. It's a damn solid platform, with a tank of an engine that is essentially over 50 years old. A true classic. Just check the prices...
The Man you are so right bro people that's out there do not know about class and sophistication if I the money I would buy this car myself a dream car not an everyday driver a weekend driving car for you and your Wifey a night on the town to a fancy five 🌟 restaurant and a Broadway show..!!
I personally like the “dated” look. It has a classic look to it but is modern at the same time. I really like the same sized side by side round headlights rather than the staggered ones that are different sizes along with the more traditional body lines and styling
Those two cars - Brooklands II and Azure II - were the best thing VW ever did to Bentley. Those were the amazing cars. End of an era. Since then it's been footballers' cars for people with A LOT more money than taste. Farewell, Bentley, and I'm sorry we couldn't save you.
Pfoouuuuuu! What a beauty. The sound of the door opening is scary, as well as the sound of the bonnet shutting. The buttons looks cheap & the navigation panel too. The paint job is craaazy! Thank you Saabkyle04 for this incredible review!!
Bentley is known for not following trends, and it really shows in this one. I appreciate it, though. It's very classy and unlike just about any other luxury car out there.
An excellent, in depth review of this beautifully crafted car. One day I hope to own a late 1980's Bentley Turbo R, at about $25K it's still too expensive for me now but someday ...
rolling down the street smoking endo's sipping in gin and juice, layed back, is all i can think of whenever i see a big bentley or rolls royce! nice vid's kyle keep it up!
I think this is the most desirable Bentley made in the last 20 years. Id buy one over any other modern Bentley, the presence this car has in person must be ridiculous.
@rawjerkin Just checked it up, it is. To add to the other guy's point, it isn't necessarily designed to get those numbers at low rpms, it's just that pushrods are limited that way, they can't handle high rpms.
How is there 0 views if there are two pages of comments? YubeTube fail. Oh and this is such a nice car. I really love the craftsmanship they but in the Azure, and Brooklands.
The CD changer is actually in the trunk of the car. I understand they may have been pressed for space on the dash, but so was Lamborghini with the Aventador, and even they managed to put the CD changer near the drivers knee instead of in the trunk.
Your computer simulated vehicle of luxury attorney is so applicable to the rehab depending on how to get things ready for a soupe special in the charter moment from the imperial motor supply.
This programed car has all it's bells & whistles and beliefs from the orchestra look of official phantom troupe crew postured that is a saint cross at access.
Honestly guys, the car is very nice but we all have to understand that this type of car has a targeted clienteles.it is not for youngsters like me.....very nice video Kyle thank u
Such a beautiful car, Bentley makes amazing vehicles! I would totally be blasting Black Sabbath and All That Remains like I heard on the radio while cruising in it too, haha
Hey Kyle, I just noticed you've never done a Brooklands review which is amazing to me because you've basically done every car that I like imaginable, even though they're basically the same car, I'd like to see an in depth review of the Brooklands , also a Supersports continentlal !
The farther I got into the video, the more I realized you really could have pulled this car out of the 90s. I mean I almost flipped when he pulled a freaking car phone out of the center console.
@dohcneon1 that's an old design. A lot of cars from the 90's had the CD changers in the trunk. When you wanted to change a disc you had to change it remotely from the dash, same way with this car.
@wivese86 Conti's are hand built to a point but there are more robotics, and they are built alongside the VW Phaeton, which it shares its platform with... they do not have a bespoke platform. The Engine is also hand built and although not nearly as high tech it makes up for it with a level of torque and character that the W12 cannot match. Also the interior is considerably higher grade than the the Conti. All this could be said of the new Mulsanne in relation to the Conti as well
That's one I'd go for. I love when it beeps at you like there's a fault on the ship and you're about to sink. Now they replaced that with Audi's stupid chime.
Everyone hates on this car but in reality its a lot nicer than what 95% of the people complaining drive. So its not a real flashy car with enough gadgets, oh well. It is a classic design thats traditional of Bentley
@saabkyle04 Putting a small piece of Scotch or micropore tape over the mic aperture helps a lot, and isn't detrimental to the audio quality in any noticeable way. Though I must say, the Vegas wind noise didn't bother me at all and this was a fantastic video. You didn't seem to want to leave this one. :-)
@mydsmber05 I thought all Bentley's were hand built? Either way hand built isn't very important to me and you can customize a gt on the Bentley website for order I think. Correct me if i'm wrong.
The new Connies and the Bentayga (SUV) are build on VW's Audi platforms. Those are not handbuilt. More up to date on tech but not classy. A step up from a Mercedes-Benz perhaps, but not close to coachbuilt Bentley. It will be a very sad day if they ever shut down the handbuilt factory.
@Bigricky06 If you can afford to drop more money on a car than what a lot of people spend on a house, you probably aren't going to give 2 shits about mpg. Bentley knows that and that's why they haven't downsized their engines to more economical ones.
@rawjerkin That's just the way it was designed. Engine RPM has no relation to engine performance. They got the power, torque, and feel they wanted out of it by utilizing a redline of 4,600 RPM. It probably increases the durability of the moving parts, as well.
Awesome car, but the fact that you can see loose cables and the naked steering column at 7:05 lets it down a bit. Not acceptable in such a high end car. My '92 BMW has a cover in that area...
+Karlsson600 A friend bought a different model (Continental) new. I drove it soon after it arrived. Tires weren't balanced, wheels weren't aligned and there was a defect in the upholstery. This was all I noticed in 10 minutes or so. The engine was very powerful but the suspension didn't seem up to itl He kept it for less than an year complaining that it was almost continuously in the shop being repaired. Luckily, he was able to find someone to buy it. That's all I know. You can research the frequency of repair rates for Bentley and RR on line. If you don't mind the inconvenience of frequent mechanical failures, I suppose they can be enjoyable.
One of the most beautiful cars ever made IMO
One of my favorite cars of all time, Bentley still hasn't replaced it, one of the last truly hand built Bentleys!
I absolutely love how thought out these reviews are - I don't know if it is accidental or not, but even the music when demonstrating the stereos match the vehicles shown (here at first classical)
I just love it.
Fantastic car by the way and a direct demonstration that full metal roofs are NO substitute for an old-school style textile hood - they just look better

my compliments to the chef on his choice of camera. it transmits the audio almost perfectly to my pc am loving the audio of the soundsystem
I like this one so much better than the Continental GT. GORGEOUS car!
One of my all time favorite cars, purely for its styling and because it's a Bentley. Thank you so much for reviewing it.
This is the last REAL Bentley. Bentley Brooklands Luxury Coupe, Bentley Azure Luxury Convertible
Bentley arnage
Exquisite. I have seen one on the Chicago expressways. This video is as close as I will ever get to riding in one. Thanks Kyle.
Thank you Kyle , what ever you are doing in Las Vegas .
This is one of the most beautiful car I have seen in 10 years , maybe 11, not sure
Those two cars - Brooklands II and Azure II - were the best thing VW ever did to Bentley. Those were the amazing cars. End of an era. Since then it's been footballers' cars for people with A LOT more money than taste. Farewell, Bentley, and I'm sorry we couldn't save you.
Maloy7800 I’m American so I don’t know his name but there was that one guy who was caught drunk driving who owns an orange conti gt
I must say that this is much better than the continental... gorgeous!!!
That white interior with the diamond stitches is just beautiful!
It's very classy and unlike just about any other luxury car out there.
such a classy car
Just beautiful!
I love the gages... They're like an 80's chevy pickup. Easy to read, and simple.
Congratulations on the spot in C&D, you deserve it!
This car I simply beautiful.
Ive wanted one ever since i first saw one.
Coolest bentley ever. Awesome
Thank you so much, dude!
You made my day even better with your help!
A perfect car to give to my grandparents.
CD Changer is in the trunk because it needs to be out of sight. Plus there are lots of cars with the CD changer in the trunk.
love the look of the Azure, sad that they decided to discontinue it
Gosh! that audio system is divine.
An excellent, in depth review of this beautifully crafted car. One day I hope to own a late 1980's Bentley Turbo R, at about $25K it's still too expensive for me now but someday ...
thats a grown man's coupe
I think this is the best car ever made in the whole world !
One of my favourite cars ever and one of the last great Bentleys - though I would choose the Brooklands if it were my money.
I watched some 2010 vids here and some 2011, great to revisit the classics!
rolling down the street smoking endo's sipping in gin and juice, layed back, is all i can think of whenever i see a big bentley or rolls royce! nice vid's kyle keep it up!
So beautiful. I don't like Bently because of Continental, but now I love style of Azure.
my opinion this is the most beautifull Bentley
If I had the money I would definitely but this car!!!! It's beautifully designed :)
the engine on the 2006-present Bentley Azure
Engine
turbocharged 6.75L Bentley V8
I think this is the most desirable Bentley made in the last 20 years. Id buy one over any other modern Bentley, the presence this car has in person must be ridiculous.
probably one of the most unique looking bentleys, btw, i never heard of a lemon interior lol
oh linen
But bet you've heard of a lot of lemon Bentleys.
Hey look! There`s a KEY!!!!!
@rawjerkin
Just checked it up, it is. To add to the other guy's point, it isn't necessarily designed to get those numbers at low rpms, it's just that pushrods are limited that way, they can't handle high rpms.
One of the most beautiful convertibles ever made. Pininfarina at its finest.
I'm glad they actually rev the engine.
Now this is a real Bentley!!! I've always preferred the styling of the Azure to the Phantom Drophead.
Your computer simulated vehicle of luxury attorney is so applicable to the rehab depending on how to get things ready for a soupe special in the charter moment from the imperial motor supply.

Man! What a song! What a hit!
id love to have one of these cars
These and the Sedanka Coupe are becoming sooooo expensive now but I dont care I want one ...
now that's a proper Bentley
how could you dislike this video?
this car was actually designed before vw bought bentley. they just kept a good thing unchanged.
@paintedd that's the essence of this car. the good thing is this is the only old school bentley 4 sale :)
Awesome car...thank you Kyle!
Exactly! They've gotten too sporty, thank god for the Mulsanne, and the up and coming Mulsanne Convertible!
-G.D.I.
dude did i just saw that right!!??? 9mpg on city and 15mpg on highway ..you must be owner of a gas station too to pay the gas for the bentley.!
500 hp (allmost) 7L V8 twin turbo makes a whirlpool in the tank ofc 😁
Hey Kyle, I just noticed you've never done a Brooklands review which is amazing to me because you've basically done every car that I like imaginable, even though they're basically the same car, I'd like to see an in depth review of the Brooklands , also a Supersports continentlal !
Jk, just noticed the Supersports video !
i can understand the 6 disk changer in the dash, but i never understand why any manufacturer would put it in the trunk
Now that's the way a V8 SHOULD sound!!!
If I have money to by this coupe i will buy this car.
really beautiful car.
Thanks for adding the price, great videos
I wonder if an owner can take his Azure T to Bentley for a performance / infotainment upgrade ... And if it's possible ... how much would it cost
this looks so nice
haha that nav/driver info system looks like those computers that they had when I was in elementary school back in the 90's.
All That Remains - Hold On
Oh yeah. Kickass song.
@wivese86 Conti's are hand built to a point but there are more robotics, and they are built alongside the VW Phaeton, which it shares its platform with... they do not have a bespoke platform. Gorgeous!
Dayuuum, that british accent for the handsfree tel :D
Everyone hates on this car but in reality its a lot nicer than what 95% of the people complaining drive. So its not a real flashy car with enough gadgets, oh well. It is a classic design thats traditional of Bentley
@ilovecars1996 agreed. hiscamera inside captured itVERY nicely
500hp and 738lb ft torque from the monster twin turbo v8 amazing
Wish we got Bentley's over here!
Beautiful
Beautiful Car
the 2006-present Bentley Azure is assembled in
Crewe, England
a true bentley
Please kyle, do a Honda Element Dog Friendly edition, that would be AMAZING! keep up the good work.
What a great car ..
For $372,000 you would think they could come up with a better sounding door chime and a nicer nav system.
Sheer class, elegance and opulence :-)
very nice video!
i love classic music
and with this car it`s will be better ^_^
Does it come with binoculars so you can see the navigation while driving?
11.00 THAT kind of music you people who drive Bentleys and Rolls-Royses should listen when warfing along a road
damn that's my dream car !!!
Do you have 375,825, dollars?
Not yet But working hard on it ! my family members do have that thou !
Okay thanks for letting me know!
Theloverofcars So that you can rob him?
@mydsmber05 I thought all Bentley's were hand built? Either way hand built isn't very important to me and you can customize a gt on the Bentley website for order I think. Correct me if i'm wrong.

The classical music suits that car perfectly.
Nice tour nonetheless. I personally like the continental more, the V12 sounds more muscular.

My '92 BMW has a cover in that area...
E34Benzin You should have seen the new one delivered to a friend. Those would have been the least of his problems.
So is not that well finished?
It's a shame, because overall the car looks great and has an imposing presence.
+wholeNwon post more info, what else happened?
+Karlsson600 A friend bought a different model (Continental) new. I drove it soon after it arrived. Tires weren't balanced, wheels weren't aligned and there was a defect in the upholstery. +E34Benzin LOL funny that you make mention of the flaws as folk do the same about high end leather goods made by Louis Vuitton.
P.S: The first radio station was perfect for this car. You shouldn't have changed it...
that's a car that will make a 75 year old man really happy :D
2010?? Looks like 1998 to me
+Max Dudek I was gonna say EXACT SAME shtt.
Agriyobs.
Yeah
More like 1978
That's because this car came out in the late 90s
Would you mind taking an in depth tour of the Bentley Mulsanne or the Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe?
@jsiszero ... this Bentley is no longer in production. The current Bentley convertible is the Continental GTC.
