Just got myself one that looks almost exactly like that one. Have used it twice so far for 30 min each, and it's a great workout. May do it again tomorrow.

you want to fully pivot your rear foot on the cross, then slide your rear foot forward as you take a big step off 45 degrees to the side with your lead foot, then pivot/quarter turn! then into the jab cross.

have you ever tried the reflex ball? I've seen people giving it a bad review because you can't punch it straight and hard (because it would supposedly come back too fast). I'm not a good fighter but for some reason, I have amazing speed and reflexes for my size, and I punch it full blast...plus it's portable and cheap
Ok I know this gonna sound stupid since your a pro fighter and I’m just some stranger in the comments but you should use your hips more throwing left hook after the jab. Doesn’t have to be full power, just more hip rotation so its less of an arm punch, common problem I see with the jab left hook combination.
How does this one comapre to the fierce reflex elite? Looking to get one myself and just trying to determine which one to get and is worth the money. Any help is much appreciated thank you!
@@MMAShredded That’s okay I appreciate the quick response! Upon further reading of the fierce elite appearently it works best and was designed to be bolted into the ground which i wouldn’t be able to do in my current position. I never noticed but is the one you used bolted to the ground?

MMA shredded I'm 21 and you're right all of you are right if I want to learn Sanda kyokushin karate Taekwondo ITF Muay Thai savate combat sambo how to be not just martial artist but fighter and boxer as well so that means I have to add BJJ and boxing and by being a fighter and boxer as well I can earn lots of money and learn those fighting styles besides martial arts has no age limit and those six Combat Sports that I just told you work in MMA I've seen and done my research

You should consider working on your glute muscles. Try doing glute raises and side leg lifts.

drilling is the most important in my opinion! drilling can be done with a partner, bag or on pads.
