i feel like kisame with samehada is a pretty hard counter to tsunade, hes much faster than her and too durable to get one shotted by her if she somehow clips him but every single swing of his sword whether it connects or not would take more and more of her chakra to the point where she wouldnt be able to use mitotic regeneration or strength of a hundred seals.

Deidara alone would kill half the kage with his C4 cellular explosives. Only A and Tsunade would be likely to survive since A uses lightning which neutralizes explosion style and thousand healings would keep Tsunade from dying. An Edo Deidara would be able to spam his self destruct and only Tsunade has a chance of surviving that thanks to Katsuyu.
