"Disorder" is status effect that applies after you get a combo of 2 anomaly statuses applied consecutively. It deals additional high damage, applying the rest of the DoT effect of any anomaly in one go like Shock/Burn/Corruption e.t.c. and shreds the armor almost completely. It's the most meta play rn with all the anomaly character builds and team compositions at higher level runs.
Thanks for the video guys! This is how I've been thinking of the two cops' names: Zhu Yuan(Zhoo[similar to 'should'] You-in) and Qingyi(Cheng-yee). As for the cyborg vs android debate, a cyborg would be a human with hardware installed, while an android would be a robot in the guise or similar shape as a human. Billy Kid is an android. I can't remember if it's explicitly stated or confirmed in the story which Qingyi is, but my theory is cyborg in the same vein as Ghost in the Shell. It'd be a more interesting counterpoint with Billy being an "advanced" android built with "lost technology." His words. And yeah, the whole Bringer situation, and really the whole background with Vision and TOPS, gives major Cyberpunk themes and vibes.
2:27:44 Cyborgs are bio-mechanical, they are either having prosthetics with electronics, or to the extremes of having cybernetic organs like heart, lungs, or stomach while still retaining some of their organic parts. Billy and Qingyi are Androids, not Cyborgs in case of the ZZZ world, the former having metallic body all the way while the latter having a realistic synthetic skin to cover her metallic parts.

When this game was announced, I thought I wouldn't like it this much since it's not open world and it's set on modern setting. You know what won me over? THE MALDING TV REPORTER lmao I love him. And Wise.
Plus, every character is adorable in their own way. I haven't found a character that annoys me. So, I know it's a sign that it's very likely that I'll be playing this game for the long haul like I do in Genshin. :D
I personally don't think Bringer is a bad guy per-say just a guy who's trying to make himself look good and somewhat of a coward. And I guess slightly corrupt since he is trying to become a Pubsec commander in Janus using TOPS(the corperations) to do it. Though I do think he's being used a pawn for the actual bad guys. If you've played Ratchet & Clank he gives off Captain Qwark vibes big dude who looks competent but is a fraud. I know other people have already said it but here's an easy way to remember the difference of Androids & Cyborgs. An Android is a robot with a human/humaniod appearance and Cyborgs are people with mechanical parts in them. So Qingyu and Billy are Androids Qingyu just so happens to look more human then Billy does, and this is just speculation on my part but I imagine she looks more human then him is because she's a newer/modern model of android and Billy being made from lost technology means he's probably very old.

Ok.. listening to Chops describe Bringers history a second time with you guys, plus the way Bringer talks not sounding confident like.. ever, sounds like a blackmail issue. It's incredibly hard to believe someone that was once a hero just kinda flops like that out of nowhere. Now I kinda want to see if he gets a redemption arc. Heck, his model's unique enough to possibly be a future pullable character.

I cyborg is just a person with mechanical limbs and believe me most of these characters that can fight have mechanical tails, arms and other cybernetic implants so most of the people are technically cyborgs the ones with mechanical Parts anyway. An Android is pretty much a robot that looks human, and a robot is just a mechanical machine, Bangboos almost definitely robots.
doesn't public security have bang boo, officers helping with I guess normal task Bangboos actually have their own stores and businesses so some of them are pretty clever. And I'm also used as proxies or employees.
