    I've been out for some time now. If I knew that Public Affairs would have been my gateway into digital marketing/PR, I would have totally geared my efforts to that.
    I took what I could get though due to rough times and this is nice to see that I could have gotten a job that didn't require me carrying a gun all day.

    Hey man! Thanks so much for your content. I’m about to sign Friday or Monday and am aiming for Public Affairs. I am a fairly proficient speaker and can take shots on a camera, but I don’t have much more experience than that. My question is, how can I better equip myself to be more competitive for this role?

      That’s awesome to hear, wishing you the best of luck on your journey!
      As long as you have a ASVAB score of 72+, and have passed the punctuation test, that’s really all you can do in terms of “setting yourself up”

    What kind of software do you guys use? Are you restricted to specific software or do you have the freedom to use your own? Especially when it comes to graphics design, photography, and video and sound editing?

    Hello I am looking to pick this mos to increase my camera skills but I am wary that I won’t have as much free time to create my own personal content. Is this going to be more of a banker schedule or is it long hours?

      It’s M-F for the most part, sometimes you’ll be tasked on the weekend but it’s not often

    I also have a question! How much does a Public Affairs Specialist use Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere/After Effects or other similar apps?

    • @TheWealthyWarrior_
      @TheWealthyWarrior_  9 месяцев назад

      Pretty much all the time. Although I haven’t used illustrator since I graduated tech school!

    Question: I don’t have my diploma or GED, so I have to score a 65 on my ASVAB, I wanted to know if even if I score a 65 will I be able to qualify for public affairs without my diploma or GED

    • @TheWealthyWarrior_

      To qualify for PA you have to get a 72 on your ASVAB. Idk if you have to have your GED or not. My recommendation would be to talk to a recruiter
