Hi Jeff I was finally able to get a RUclips account today and I was so excited because I could finally subscribe and comment to you. I love your videos you got me started on knives and I've been collecting for 2 years now. Thanks for doing what you do and keep at it
Hey Jeff, I carry my K frame Smith in a Tucker Texas Heritage, and it is awesome. Its thin leather and balances out the weight super nice. I'm able to carry a heavy revolver without any discomfort.
I don't know if its your style but I have a leather timberland wallet I've had for almost 4 years and its still holding up like new except for some discoloration from blue jeans that didn't have the dye set in. I'm the kind of guy that goes through 1-2 sometimes 3 wallets a year sometimes and this timberland wallet has outlasted them all.
You need to check out the Emerson Karambit and the Fox Karambit. They are pricey but the most effective combat weapons ever invented. The Kali Silat techniques used with the Karambit are extremely lethal and will either kill an opponent or take them out of the fight in seconds.
As a lefty, righty knives tip up tend to open in my pocket if I put them in my left side. The kershaw blur being most notable! Not sure why, but hey lefties, if you see this take heed. Could just be me though. Prob cuz the blade isn't against my pocket seem. De-assisted the blur and carry tip down now.
I've actually had my Boker AK-74 spring open in my pocket once. That thing comes out hard enough to stick you through your pocket. But yeah I agree with you that flippers don't just come open in your pocket so that's a weird fear lol
I've been thinking about doing a review of it. I'm pretty sure you already did one but it's been my EDC for almost a year now (since I messaged you about getting it) and it's pretty beat up but work's like a charm for every day stuff.
Have you ever looked at the Tops/Buck CSAR-T knives?? They have a very interesting neck knife that is, like all of the CSAR-T knives, is built like a tank.
The only tip down knife i had open on me was my smith and wesson black ops spring assist when i was at work last week it opened and got my leg. just a freak thing.
Jeff, why not eventually try the LA Wallet from County Comm? I don't personally have any experience with it, however I have used those styles of wallet before, and since you already carry a money clip you can relegate the wallet solely for cards. It will keep you from carrying too much unnecessary stuff in there.
I've carried a schrade nitro for edc every day for the past 3-4 years it's a great knife haven't had to sharpen it which is weird for 4034 steel and it only cost me like $18
Great vid Jeff! I'm a big fan of Glock with a Hidden Hybrid Holster. Must be the PA in us. I really like the new money clip too, sharp. The one knife you showed was sweet lookin, the one with the black handle. I was wondering if you have checked out the new SOG Flashback EDC knife, it's about $35-40 cheaper on Amazon but it's supposed to be one of the fastest opening by hand knifes out there. It would be great to have a review from you. Thanks! Happy shoveling big guy!!
Jeff, try Saddleback leather for a new wallet. Have had one of his billfolds for a few months now, and it is still awesome. They're about 40 bucks or so, but well worth the money.
yep haha was just thinking that, edc in england for me is my wallet phone and keys haha, yet people across the pond carry guns and knives, not saying its a bad thing just very different minded people.
Nice setup. I noticed your ccw bwt and a thought crossed my mind. Do you carry all your items for right hand usage or do you go ambi? I looked at the clip orientations as well and they all seem righty.I really enjoy the variety of your channel btw thanks for uploading.
Jeff do you use a gun belt? If so can you really tell a difference sometimes when I carry my gun pulls my pants down and I find myself more often than not pulling my pants up. I bought a IWB holster from Old Faithful Holsters thinking that would solve my problem and it did take care of some of it but not all. Any advice would be great thank you and I really enjoy your videos !
Hello Jeff and anyone watching this. What would you reccomend instead of the Zippo fuel canister for refuling a lighter or warmer?? Im going snow camping friday and i need your help PLEASE!! Thankyou in advanced
You guys have it so easy in America lol, here in Montreal (Canada) even a Swiss Army pocket knife is illegal in the City, outside the city everything from pepper spray, open assisted knives, butterfly knives are a criminal offense. However, I still carry my Ontario Rat 1 folder and a backup Victorinox Swiss Army everyday. The swiss army can pass but my folder is always tucked in inside my pants.
Not me. I carry strictly tip-down. A Millie that is. In the right back-pocket. So if people are "scared" of a tip-down knife opening on them: carry it in your back-pocket ;) Kind regards from Amsterdam
Jeff! :o If you are in fact thinking about taking the bulky Spyderco tag off... Please let me know! :o I've been looking for one ever since I saw yours, would love to have it in my display case next to some of my spydies :D
Is it just me, or does that Schrade look like a Matt Cuchiharra El Dorado? I know Schrade has been knocking off a lot of customs lately with their new knives that theyve been coming out with, but please, Jeff, dont settle for less! Throw that Schrade out and get a real El Dorado! Its Matt's midtech knife, and has different stages of customizations. The stage 1, is only $325 straight from Matt!
I know u have a gun just in case u need it to protect ur life. But if someone did threatin you or try to fight with you or even pull a knife on you. And I know u might just try to avoid fighting with a person and just walk away. But...would u ever use your knife to defend ur self. If some one took a knife on you? Or will u always go for your gun?
Nice EDC! That reminds me... I need to do my monthly update video of my pocket dump. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Jeff I was finally able to get a RUclips account today and I was so excited because I could finally subscribe and comment to you. I love your videos you got me started on knives and I've been collecting for 2 years now. Thanks for doing what you do and keep at it
Thanks Jeff, I really enjoyed the update. I'm toying around with some new EDC ideas myself. Take care. Rob

Enjoyed the video as always Jeff, it's great seeing your videos on EDC's especially living over here in England.
Jeff, the leatherman skeletools are the best combinations of EDC knife and MT. the CX is a 154CM blade, very comfy
I'm assuming there should be a "." Somewhere in there cause 154 cm would be more like a sword than a knife
HEY cutlery lover! i have been watching your vis for like two years. keep up the great videos!!! thank you
what is your everyday usage of these knives usually consist of ? Opening UPS packages?
Brain Dead Liberal yep

You should try out a shoulder holster they dont feel like a brick in your waste and you can hide it easier.

Look up the boker sal manaro bullseye. It's what schrade modeled that knife after and it has a very unique and very nice grind
Great vid. I'd like to see a quick vid of you dumping your pockets, just to see how it's all oriented.
Have you ever looked at the Tops/Buck CSAR-T knives?? They have a very interesting neck knife that is, like all of the CSAR-T knives, is built like a tank.
saddleback leather makes very nice and durable wallets, they develop a nice patina with time plus, a 100 year warranty!!
The only tip down knife i had open on me was my smith and wesson black ops spring assist when i was at work last week it opened and got my leg. just a freak thing.
For the new wallet, you should try a saddleback, when you get the money. A little pricey but really nice
been eyeing that new minimalist. I have all the versions except for that one
Jeff- If you were looking at a new wallet you should check out the mighty wallet. It's made of Tyvek. Very light and durable.
You should do a video on how you store your gear. I've always wondered how you would do it since you have so much.
I've been using my Harley Davidson wallet, with chain removed, I've had that since the 7th grade, best wallet I've ever had, quality.

Ever hear of Saddleback Leather? They make amazing wallets with a 100 year guarantee. Got one over the holidays and I'm loving it. Thick though.
I've carried a schrade nitro for edc every day for the past 3-4 years it's a great knife haven't had to sharpen it which is weird for 4034 steel and it only cost me like $18

Is the Chawley changer out of your EDC? It looked so cool.
That is a good edc I can't figure out what to carry
It would be helpful if you might list the items, and perhaps links too, under the About section.
I have the big skinny leather wallet. it's still skinny AND leather. Get on it!! ...great video as always
Hey so I have a question. I'm new into knives and don't want to spend more than $40. Which pocket knife would you suggest?
What is that piece of leather on your keys? It's very cool!
Great video Jeff
Hello Jeff and anyone watching this. What would you reccomend instead of the Zippo fuel canister for refuling a lighter or warmer?? Im going snow camping friday and i need your help PLEASE!! Thankyou in advanced
I have the Tanto. :-) Friggin love that little knife.

Dany NBA they arent as strict on that kind of thing in BC.
Nolan Jones Oh, maybe it's a thing in Quebec, do you live in a big city? Because our laws are a lot more strict in the cities
True! In San Francisco they sell butterfly knives and switchblades in every store! Lol
+The Gypsay it's only quebec. big cities anywhere else in canada don't have such dumb laws.
Wankus Crankus
It's actually a Montreal area by-law, learned that couple months ago.
Not me. I carry strictly tip-down. A Millie that is. In the right back-pocket. So if people are "scared" of a tip-down knife opening on them: carry it in your back-pocket ;)

I like the neck knife.
Why the hell would you need a pocket clip when you have a wallet?
Mattias Bengtsson because it uses less space
Mattias Bengtsson fuk you
Dan Belfield agreed brothet
that neck knife can rip skin like no other
Could you do a give away for the belt buckle that goes with the money clip?
Get a Saddleback wallet. 100 year warranty. Can't go wrong with that.
Check out Buffalo billfold company, they have some really nice wallets.
I have yet to find a flip knife I like. Every one I had, the screws always came out and the knife falls apart

Thoughts about tactical pens? I'm curious.

My minimalist is the reason why I ditched folders
Cool multi tool
I've never seen a Glock mag like that before.. With the hole in it.. What is that about?
That neck knife looks sick :-) gotta love the hawkbills. I really want the new Spyderco karahawk but the price tag seems a bit high for it...
