    Hi. Which do you recommend?
    Colorfill /seamfill or hard wax melted?
    For a tiny 3mm patch where the laminate worktop layer peeled off due to a burn.?
    If either was used and then sprayed with konig clear lacquer would this make it waterproof?

      Use hard wax. The varnish will fix the wax and the surface will become waterproof

      Nail polish will not work. It is very glossy. It will be noticeable.

      You can use acrylic paints. Cover the surface with a varnish of appropriate gloss

    At 2:10 you use some sort of plastic “grinder”, to even out the wax. What is the name of it? I found the wax melter and the wax but still can not figure out what that thing is called. Thanks

      This is a spatula with teeth to remove wax residue

      @@goldenboi24k I did'nt make this video, but this may help. I can't find the Same brand on Amazon in the US. I think either the Mohawk Hard Fill Sticks which burn it is a good choice or Mohawk's Fil-Sticks which are a hard wax and can be melted with a hair dryer. Just search those brands on Amazon.

    Surelyquicker using two pack filler, sanding it down and brush painting grain/colour with Konig paint set without need for waxes? You can create texture by lifting the clear finish textured lacquer using your finger
