was the texture already on it or did you texture it first..... i am about to do one of these for my new grandbaby and i want to have that type of texture and it is just a normal chest of drawers with a smooth texture so ive got to figure out what to add to it

also what type of paint did you use , was it acrylic paint and for the aging is that some type of wax or was it just more black paint?
