- Warning! I got particularly cranky when I created this video! Anyone who knows me well knows I have little tolerance for people with a "victim mentality!" Why? Because I WAS that girl years ago!! LOL! Today's video discusses how those who have a 13/4 or 31/4 life path number often tend to lead lives with a half empty cup mentality. Humor me as I rant....but in the end offer critically important advice on how to control this tendency while getting the best out of the 4 life path! Who do you know who is a 4 life path number. Do yourself a favor and SHARE this with them! :-)

To what you say at the 22 minute mark... but WHY does life throw those monkey wrenches and disasters? To teach? To heal? They feel like grave inconveniences. I am an idealist who is very sensitive. When life doesn't go as planned, I'm not an open ended shrug it off kind of person. It matters to me. And I get sad about the problems of life. .... I'm grateful for your video because I've asked my guides to help me understand if there's anything about my outlook that's getting in the way of the things I want in my life to happen. This is a great answer.

I'm really happy that you are here and interacting. It's wonderful to see you willing to shift your thinking if that is what it takes to create a better outlook for you! Awesome! Your comment did get me thinking. I remember when an awful hurricane hit my home town. It was not predicted. It just hit! It left us all in a mess for several weeks with no power. I remember thinking what a blessing it was because I had some neighbors who I used to think were "stuck up." They never interacted with the rest of the neighbors. They kept to themselves. But when we all needed help they were the first ones out there to lend a hand. Turns out they weren't stuck up. They were shy and had difficulty socializing with people they didn't know. So I saw this as a real healing moment in our neighborhood. So sometimes disasters are exactly what a community needs for healing. It also allows for trees to fall allowing new ones to grow. :-)

I've wanted to start my own business and work for myself for a long time; and I've felt like the way you describe in this video. I tried a few years ago and then I started focusing too much on what I don't have instead of what I do, as you put it, and I started feeling lost, not knowing the next step and not knowing how to get the results I wanted.... I'm looking for a full time job now to pay off student loan debt and I find lots of cynicism getting in the way of that goal, too! Thank you for this video.
I know it can be frustrating but everything you do must follow a step by step and very patient approach. Once again....you seem to be too concerned with what others think of you. If you are finding cynicism in your life you need to ask yourself "How have I created this? What have I done to attract cynicism?" I think when you look closely you'll see that it is a reflection of what you've put out there. No worries! You now know better and life will continue to get better from here because you are willing to change! Yeah!

#keepingitreal 😆 Ngl that shit was me, I’m a 13/4 -and there was something that happened in my life and I got the help I needed and went to therapy and got myself out of that mentality. Shit is easier to manifest when you’re out of that mentality too. You were very straightforward but some people need this tough love and improve themselves.

Yes I used to wear victim T-Shirt. I still haven't been able to breakthrough but I am more aware and I at least try to keep myself focused and at peace with myself.
Love this! Once again, you are spot on Ann! This is my roommate to a T. He is a talented carpenter, has raised a family, lived and traveled in different countries, had amazing adventures, BUT, quite often only sees what he is lacking (which isn't much), and what anger someone had caused him long ago in the past. I constantly praise his amazing work and compliment him on many things, and it is sad he doesn't see what I so adore about him. I, myself have pointed this flaw of victimization out to him, and asked him to concentrate on the plethora of positive qualities he possesses and admiration from many.
That's a tough energy to live with given that you have risen above so much adversity in your own life! Good for you that you can still support him even when he's having difficulty supporting himself. xo
With the bad also comes the good. We support each other in different ways. For the most part we do have a harmonious relationship.
Hi Ms. Perry, I appreciate your video and what you had to say for the Life Path #4, as this is my path, with a 13/4 split. I have always wanted to be a visual artist (painter, photographer, etc.), even studying both subjects in school (earning a BFA and MFA) but have always felt like I am not good enough in the field or won't make enough money to be stable or that others would view me as 'stupid'. So, I quit and have been 'afraid' to commit for years. I also grew up with a very conflicted life path #4 mother who, when she questioned herself, also questioned everything I did as well, which was difficult (both of us doubting and bringing each other down, lol). After working in a field that left me unfulfilled for 15 years and a difficult relationship I have an opportunity to 'redo' my life so far and utilise my Virgo planning skills and Aquarius intuition into something positive, myself and my happiness!
Your information was very practical and helpful (I actually screen shot the plates and have answered the questions in my journal). But reading the comments, I can see both sides as well. With absolutely no disrespect whatsoever, I can see how possibly, your 'words' and the way the information came out might have been construed as a bit negative and judgemental but I also can see that when you replied (in a written response) to these people, your responses were well thought out and considerate.
So, I don't know, there might be some planetary or esoteric affliction with 'how' your words come across and not 'what' you are saying. As an Aquarius/Virgo, I can be a bit stubborn myself, and not take into consideration 'how' I say things because I want to help, so I am learning, in my practice, that people sometimes need reality with a dose of kindness or empathy rather than being hit over the head with the information.
Just a bit of advice in that department, but I don't want that to take away from your message, which was spot on. If I have offended you, I truly apologise, I think you are great and please keep up the good work! Thank you ;) x

I really do appreciate your feedback! This was a really tough video to do. I have a hard time tolerating the victim mentality and I recognize it's because I carried that mentality for many years! I had to really work hard to release the grip it held on me! Life is just so amazing when you can take responsibility for yourself! So again, I totally get where you are coming from and I really do appreciate the objective feedback you offered. I almost didn't post it but I felt it was such an important message that I followed through with it. I guess I live with the belief that those who see it have been guided to it. At 23:30 I've always felt like people don't care about how I feel. People don't want to hear about your problems or pain. They just want you to keep the mood light and uplifting. They don't care to openly and transparently acknowledge the pain and suffering that are part of life, a big part of life. I learned at a very early age to bottle those feelings up and pretend they don't exist in order to be liked by others and to keep them around me. I learned to take care of other people's feelings and deny my own pain in order to keep them around me. I learned to perform superficial happiness and lighthearted indifference to pain.... It's sounds like what you're saying is suffering is something you do alone, always. And when you don't do it alone or suppress it far down enough to no longer be detected in those around you, you will inevitably be punished by others with isolation, loss of belonging, and silence. ... I really like your channel and I'm genuinely open to understanding your message better so I can grow as a person. Perhaps there are nuances I missed or a radically different way of thinking about this that will help.

I believe that people naturally don't want to hang out with others who bring them down. It's true! People don't want to hear our problems! Part of the reason is not that they don't care but that you are making them aware that they don't have the answers on how to solve your problems. This in the end makes them feel bad and ultimately powerless. Everyone is struggling in life to get by. It's very difficult to spend time with people who have issues and problems. It sucks the energy out of you leaving you feeling drained. You need to ask yourself "What can I do to improve my relationships? How have I been chasing people away with my dialogue?" If you want to see the change in other people you first need to see the change in yourself. When you change your perspective...the whole world changes. It takes time but I promise you that if you tune more into how much power you have to create your own reality...you life will change in a very positive way. :-)
It's really hard for me to accept what you're saying because I don't want people to solve my problems; I want them to feel what I feel and be open about their own suffering. I'll sit with what you said and see what insights into myself emerge. Thanks for responding.

I don't know were they came up with the traits for a number 4. I hate schedules and jobs that are routine. I am anything but organized. I'm not a victim I have a great life. I've always been real honest and own every thing I've done wrong.
I am a 22/4 & 52yrs old and I have been working my whole life on keeping a positive attitude & looking for stability!! I have always been a positive person for the most part but it is so Easy to fall back into a Victim/why me mentality!! I just laugh and don't really "take in" the comments about me having bad luck all of the time!! lol!! Stuff happens!! I learned a lot from my horses that when something goes wrong it is 99% the riders fault Not the Horse!! 😅 that lesson I put into my Daily Life & it has helped me out a great deal!! Stability on the other hand I have pretty much given up on & I figure that God has a plan & someday I will "get it"!! With the help from Him & numerology & the Zodiac!! I was born on 1 oct 1991,and i used to think that i'm a 22/4 but i watched your videos and i found out i might be only a 4. I'm a lil bit confused and i would like to know for sure what is my life path.. I watched your video about master numbers and some of the things u say about life path 22 resonate with me too.. I always felt a lot of nervous energy, pressure and i'm very sensitive but also stubborn.. Also i find it difficult to chose a single path... Your life path number is a 4. Now it is possible that you may have a 22/4 in your chart somewhere else but your life path number is simply a 4. It does not have any sub lessons attached to it. Ie: 13/4, 31/4 etc. Hope this helps!
How do i know if I’m just a 4 or a 13/4? When do the reductions stop?
Wow...your information is very personable...however, I find that, without lying or fabricating I could have my numbers change. Technically I come out simply as a 13/4 (I always thought it was 31/4) and my birth name also resulted in 4...unless I spell out junior then it becomes 10, abbreviate as jr it is 5...my name now is 7.
But, technical data had me in an incubator from day born until 24 days later...if take the second date as a "birth" date I change to 19/1, is that 10 (1)?
I realize an incubator is not "mother's womb" but it made an interesting twist. Makes for great conversation and debate...lol

I’m a 40/4. I also am a very creative and intuitive person but feel that a lot of the 4 doesn’t really resonate with me (I’ve often heard that 4s don’t like to think outside the box, but that’s exactly one of the things I want to do. Also I don’t value financial stability or security over being true to myself and expression. Also I value my emotional side very much.) Is there any video that goes deeper into this life path? Often times people cannot connect the dots to their life path number. This happens when the birth name over rides the life path number. The life path number is just one number. There are so many other numbers that create the soul's contract. So you're right. You can't just look at the life path number. But I will say that it is a natural tendency of the 13/4 life path to take on a victim role. Not everyone will do this. But it is common. But again, there are many other contributing factors to consider before leaning entirely on the life path number. Thanks for watching!

Your dream is not at all unrealistic! If you have a 4 life path number then you have tremendous creative talent BUT you may also be a perfectionist who continues to fear success. You want it...but then maybe you are afraid of how you will continue to live up to it if you found the success you desire. It's kind of a double edged sword. (I've been there by the way! I so understand what it is to fear being successful!) So if you have not been successful you need to take a really hard look at yourself and ask yourself....what have I done to contribute to this? Has a fear of success stood in my way? Am I afraid of someone else's expectations for me or maybe I'm afraid of not meeting my own expectations? Music is a very vulnerable medium. The lyrics expose an artist in a way that can make the artist feel uncomfortable and vulnerable as he delivers his very powerful message. Maybe you're just not quite ready to share the message yet. That doesn't mean you can't be successful! Sometimes it's just timing and maturity. Don't give up on your dream!!! You CAN make it!!! :-)
Nothing is unrealistic but it’s just believing that you deserve it and you have to do the work that it’s gonna take however long but it’s just do you want it or do you want to think about what it would be like if you’re great the journey is the experience!!!

15th day = 1+5=6
1977= 1+9+7+7=24 2+4=6
Now add 1+6+6=13

I think you probably knew a 4 that you had a bad experience with and now you carry a prejudice with you against 4s. I mean you are human and that happens just like I had a horrible experience with a Virgo and now I’m suspicious of all Virgos lol but I can say I’m a 4 life path and the majority of this was not me at all. Lol maybe it’s because I’m a Expression number 5 and also a Sagittarius (the optimists). I too hate the crybabies on Facebook lol but if I say I’m a victim it’s because I’m really a victim. When I got raped...I was a victim.... when I was beat...victim...robbed...victim...poverty...victim but I have been able to rise above more than the average person would and I actually embrace a lot of my flaws and have no problem admitting and laughing about them. I am self critical but with age not as much. I have always been a risk taker and a rebel however I also have the ability to be very organized and responsible and business minded. I'm hoping as a result of watching my video you can see that your reality is based entirely upon the choices YOU make and the feelings YOU choose to feel. We all have power but when we point the finger outside of ourselves we are giving our power away. If you think about it .....no one can MAKE you feel anything unless you CHOOSE to feel that way. I know this lesson only too well as I too pointed the finger at everyone else but me. I remember when I first understood the power of using the words CHOOSE and CHOICE in my vocabulary. When I would be angry with someone I would yell "I am CHOOSING to be angry at you right now!" This did two things. It made me consciously aware of the choice I was making AND it caused me to tune into my body and how my body was feeling as a result of my CHOICE to be angry. I can see by your date of birth that you are very intuitive and I can only imagine how challenging it must be to be this intuitive and also be a life path # 22/4. BUT....you are well qualified for this life path or you would not have been given the opportunity to be the master numbers you chose. Life is short. Remember that every time you say "That person made me this or that" ....tune into just how ridiculous that statement really is. No one can make you feel anything. You always have the power to choose how you respond and how you feel. :-) So glad to hear you are learning to set healthy boundaries in place. :-)
Someone once told me one of my lessons in this life is about paying more attention to the messages and signs my body gives me. I had/have no idea it's a choice for me to walk into a room and absorb the terrible unconscious stuff of other people. I mean I literally just walked into the room! But, I guess these choices happen within milliseconds. And if it's a choice, even if I only notice it once I'm starting to feel terrible, I can make another choice. That seems so hard and foreign to me, just typing that, but it's worth trying. I can make ANOTHER choice to feel something else, whatever else I want. Am I not sacrificing authenticity in some way, the raw reality of the moment? ... The boundary making is very helpful, but sometimes I'm an absolutist about it and I end up cutting everyone out in order not to have to feel their unclaimed pain. I'm working on not being an absolutist about it. ... You know what, Ann? It would be FABULOUS if other lifepath 4's were commenting here. It'd be great to have some sort of forum or membership community that we subscribe to on your site to work through these life path/soul lesson grapplings you point out in your videos. Your questions are like daily questions each respective lifepath number must consider and being part of a community of folks on a similar spiritual path under the wisdom of your web content would be pretty awesome and very useful. I don't know if you have that idea in mind, but please, consider it. I hope your online following continues to grow.

That life number 4 really got under your skin, wow looks like pay back time, but you have to look on things the positive side, there must be a lot of singers who sing about their grief , and make a living out of it so it can't be all bad

It's not that it gets under my skin, I just get frustrated because the 4's have such an amazing ability to focus on whatever they want to focus on. They have a huge need to achieve and that's awesome! But the only way to achieve anything is to focus on what you HAVE achieved rather that all you have yet to achieve. So my frustration comes from applying their amazing energy to what is wrong in their lives rather than on what is right. Anything we give our energy, attention and focus to always gets bigger. :-)

I agreed that I think myself a victim, and I’m also the 11, in fact I am, if there is no victim, how this word come from, if someone want to destroy your life and even kill you, how can I let go? I’ve already almost kill or some people even been killed, they are not victim at all? and people who did bad things to us no need to take responsibility for their actions? and we should thank the murder to kill us instead ? I think we should try to put in people shoes first for express something , most of the people don’t have empathy, i remember you also the 16/7, that’s how people I know who had 16/7 treat me like that, and also 19/1, that’s also the debt you have to pay off, that’s mean you did something wrong to people, so there someone is victim, if there is no victim, why you have to correct your acts?

I actually love 4's and that is why I created this video. It's a natural tendency for 4's to be very focused. I'm simply trying to remind 4's to be really careful where they place their focus because they are amazing manifesters. Sorry if my message wasn't clear. :-)
