@@koonky5979 in most exercises the entire chests contracts, not just the lower. pseudo planche push ups target the entire chest, but with a FOCUS on the lower chest. it doesnt mean the upper chest is not worked. you cant isolate a portion of a muscle. for example: if you do a triceps extension for the long head, its not isolating it. the lateral and medial head are still working. so you're actually working your upper chest more than you think.

Deficit pushups done on Rings are still the best Pushup variation for Hypertrophy.
agreed
Yep, giving it a little fly motion at the bottom without using straps as a support gives insane levels of stretch.
But you need rings for that, pseudo need only the floor

Diamond push-ups too 💪🏽
Gonna be adding this to my Chest routine, thanks bro
Push ups are so underrated 💪🏻
I would sau diamond pushups are also really good for building tricep muscle and strength
Plus doing it head against the wall is the smarter version since its easy to cheat put your head against the wall and track your progress
Diamond pushups too they work so effectively
Diamond push ip only work chest, tricep, and a little bit of bicep
How much time it will take to learn one arm push ups from pseudo planche push ups?

archer pushups though
Pseudo planche push-up and Ring turn out pushups are good

Upper chest?
regular push up i guess
decline push up
Pike push up

I did archer push ups for a month to do a 1 handed

Do declined push ups when it gets too easy slow them down until you get to 20-25 and then add weighted backpack and you will have a decent upper chest
