Have you mastered bicep growth though? How can you make one of these without a double bicep pose as your credentials

Hey @spacepillow, thanks for your comment! Mastering bicep growth is about more than just posing-it’s about understanding the science behind hypertrophy, strategic exercise selection, and consistent execution. While a double bicep pose can show results, my focus is on providing you with the knowledge and tools to achieve your own. If you have any specific questions about bicep training, feel free to ask-I’m here to help!

@@haydensteele Yes, and that's good, but you can tell who knows their stuff by if/how they've broke through plateaus. How much can you curl?

I think it is pretty clear Hayden has mastered Bicep growth (just look at the guy) without asking him to do a double biceps pose and asking how much he curls. Hayden is not interested in how much weight as such, more important is technique, feel, doing each rep under control with real tension, check his 4 step rep rule.

@@stephensydee9119 That's a cool niche, but I don't really get it. It's like focusing on exactly how to hammer a nail into something. You can do it a right way and a less right way, but in the end all that matters is the end result and you not hurting yourself in the process. Too much focus on the process, not enough on progression

@@spacepillow I guess you are right, if you feel that doing 10 reps of Bar Curls in 10 seconds with a lot of body swing and only in the top half of the rep, gives you great results and a great mind muscle connection, and a real burn in the biceps. Then stick with that, you are doing the right thing. Personally I like a full range of motion, slow and controlled, and when i fail, i crank out a few reps in the lengthened portion of the curl.

Every exercise guru always wear shirts, three sizes too small and they always keep their arms flexed. Their whole identity and how they feel about themselves is dependant on having muscular arms. My mistake, there is a real guru named Glass that never shows his arms.

If you believe your opinion of me…matters to me…you’re overestimating your importance.
