Your so adorable. The no sneezing is so you don't risk leaking any spinal fluid. After the complications from my surgery I was not supposed to sneeze for 5 months. I suggest looking away from light sources, and using the back of your finger to put a little pressure on the bottom of your septum when you feel like you need to sneeze. Distraction and deep breathing through your mouth help too. Mind over matter! You got this! (Also, please let your doctor know that you did sneeze, if they don't already know.)
Thank you, i was still in the hospital when I sneezed so all good, lucky no leakage, not sneezing for 5 months must be near impossible but thanks for the tips x
