Hi, this is really interesting. Such a huge opportunity for students is really great. Can a non-Berkeley student volunteer in any one of the research program who just wants to learn and help???

Hey Prakash, I don't know if you were looking for an answer from a random guy browsing RUclips, but if you go on the National Science Foundation's Research for Undergrads website (just search NSF REUs), and search up Berkeley, you can find some really interesting, ongoing science research programs going on there, along with their respective applications. And not only Berkeley uses that website, but it's also the place where pretty much all schools around the country drop their research app's!
