Not going to tell you anything you don't already know about this machine Ethan. But I do a lot of frames on it and it works well. Except I push it through the sander then rotate the frame 90 degrees and push it through again. Rotate 90 degrees and so on.. Once it's flat do the same when with 220 grit. doesn't take many passes for you fingers tips to sing when you run them across that fine sanding. When done I usually hunt for any scratches with an orbital sander at 220 gritr.. But that is ridiculously easy once I've used the finer grit on the flatmaster. Usually just a few minutes with that.
