      As a person who has had to live through loved ones passing by the hands of evil people and unfortunately having accidentally seen crime scene pictures that were published for total strangers to see as if us surviving loved ones don't have feelings and already going through enough.... Here's my question: Why would you include such graphic, horrible photos of the female victim? I'm surprisingly still a fan of true crime after experiencing what I have so I know sometimes crime scene photos are necessary to tell a story but there are ways it can be done while still getting the story and the point across such as censoring or blurring certain parts of the photos or making a drawing example to show the person instead of using the actual uncensored photos. I think the rest of the photos are alright but it's not okay to put the zoomed in graphic ones where you can see everything so clearly like every strand of hair and lividity setting in. Stating how she was found in the trunk gets the point across without needing to show her in it. Do you know how it feels to see a murdered loved ones photo printed? It's an indescribable feeling that I truly hope never happens to any of you. It's haunting and you can never get that out of your head no matter what or how hard you try. It's absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. Just because a person is deceased and the suspect in prison doesn't mean the story ends there... Please, I plead with you for not only myself but others in similar situations as I am to please edit to redact or censor the photos in this video and refrain from including and showing such graphic photos in the future without a little censoring please for all of the folks who are trying to survive and still grieving and will be for the rest of our lives. It's so distasteful and I will probably never watch anything of yours again and I'll definitely be giving others a heads up not to watch either because that's crossing a line for shock value and your own pockets and ego because we already play it over and over and over and agonize what our loved ones experienced and thought in their last moments and the pain and if it was quick or not etc we don't need to see it too. I almost ended it because of the photos of even my dad after dying so violently and I still can't forget the images of him after his dead body was found in a dam on my birthday it's like pouring salt into the wound that was already tragic and bad hard enough to deal with to begin with so I ask you to please take the families into consideration and put yourselves in their shoes like would you like the uncensored body of yourself or your loved ones exposed like that?

      @@TheFearsomeCrabcati understand how you feel. They didn't mean no harm in showing the real photos, they were only showing the truth. It's lots of RUclips channels that show the actual photos. It's a lot of RUclips channels show people getting killed. The family have a choice not to watch this show if it trigger or bothers them. No different than going to a funeral seeing a love one in a casket. Remember your opinion alone will not change how they broadcast their shows. Taylor Parker, Lisa Montgomery, Brooke Crews, Dynel Lane that's just 4, unfortunately "womb raiders" are becoming more frequent, it's absolutely DISGUSTING, in JUST the USA from 1983 to 2003 there were 6 cases but from 2003 to 2023 there were 15 cases, that's almost tripled.
      Lisa Montgomery was one of the very first really well known perpetrators, she was given the DP through federal court and was finally given her punishment in Trumps final push to clear some of the back up of DR inmates in the last 4 or so months of his term in office.
      The amount of people who came out to try and save Lisa Montgomery from the DP made me as equally as sick as what she did to her victim Bobbi-Jo Stinnet and the little baby girl, who luckily survived, Bobbi-Jo was not so lucky but Lisa intentionally made sure of that, but yeah all these bleeding hearts that came out saying she should be saved because of all the abuse she had suffered in her life oh and that Lisa was "intellectually impaired" but not impaired enough to pretend to be pregnant for 8 and a half months, befriend Bobbi-Jo for a couple of months prior to the crime, drive across state lines pretending to be coming to buy a rat terrier puppy from Bobbi-Jo who was a breeder, then murder her and cut the baby out of her, all so she could apparently keep her husband, mind you a husband who never even suggested he would leave her if she didnt have his child......
      LUCKILY after a couple of legal shenanigans by her lawyers to delay it until Trump was out of office January 20th knowing Biden was planning on instantly stopping ALL planned federal DP from taking place, they quite literally ran out of time literally 7 days before Trump would leave office and Biden could come in and stop federal executions again Lisa Montgomery FINALLY was put down, I mean given her punishment, January 13th 2021. Good riddance 👏
      I truly believe that anybody (so far only women have done it but I'll say "anybody") who commits this HORRIFIC EVIL crime should AUTOMATICALLY be given the DP, it should be mandatory, there aren't even adequate words to describe just how heinous this crime is, there are heinous crimes and then there is THIS crime, all for what???

    If you commit a crime in a foreign country; you should be subject to their laws and punishments. I don't care what country they are from. They should take it upon themselves to know the laws in the country they are in. No other country should be dictating to other countries hiw to run the country. Including the U.S. We have no business telling other countries how to run their country either. If you are here LEGALLY; you should be entitled to the same rights as a U S citizen when it comes to court. I think its absolutely terrifying that the mother of that baby probably looked at her neighbor as a possible way to escape her predicament- only to realize that her neighbor was the CAUSE of it ! While it was at least a minor relief that the baby was alive ~ because the baby was an innocent in the entire drama . The bigger concern would have been how long before it would have been overwhelmingly obvious that the child was NOT hers and what sort of life would that child have had to endure ? A "band aid " baby is NEVER a solution . In as far as her Brittish citizenship being a barrier to her being executed, I find it ludicrous that she was living here , she was involved with several crimes here , she orchestrated a horrific crime HERE but now that there is a possibility that she would / will have to suffer accountability for those crimes she wants to cry that she is a citizen there ???? No bish no ! You made your bed you lie in it

    I feel like those 3 guys were giving unfairly long sentences. They were coerced into kidnapping that lady. That wasn’t their original intent when they broke into that house. It was Linda that conned them into going to that house for a robbery not a kidnapping. Yes, they should have stopped once they realize there was no drugs in the house to steal. But I feel there wouldn’t have been a kidnapping if Linda wasn’t there. I’m glad she got the death penalty, but those men shouldn’t have got life sentences.

Feelings of guilt, even though she could not have prevented this; feelings of loss, etc. This stupid, selfish female, ruined so much. I think they focus on cases within their own jurisdiction or state. Early on, possibly in the first episode, there's a scene showing a vast evidence room packed with shelves upon shelves of boxes containing evidence from various cases processed through their court system. They highlight several notable items from significant cases within the court's district, suggesting a preference for local or state-level cases. Given that the Mendez brothers' case is in an entirely different state, it seems unlikely this particular show would feature it. However, I've come across several well-crafted documentaries on that case. If you're interested, I'd be more than happy to recommend some titles. I could see why you'd be interested in having the Mendez brothers' case featured by this show's team in particular, considering their track record of consistently delivering high-quality and impressive work.

    Oh wow, I've been waiting for years for some type of update on the Linda Carty's case. And I hate to say this, because along with the poor woman that lost her life in such a cruel way (I'm claustrophobic & can't even imagine being put in a trunk and gaged like that) I feel bad for Linda's innocent daughter as well. She has really stuck by her Mom and seriously thinks she should be set free.
    However, I really believe in my heart that Linda is guilty of this tragic, senseless crime. She can continue to try and use the "not born as an American citizen" as a defense, and maybe that'll help her in being free one day. But yeah, she did this. It's so painfully obvious.

    • @mslove7798
      @mslove7798 2 месяца назад +3

      I feel sorry for her daughter as well. It was said that the car the body was in was her daughter's car. I do believe her daughter knows her mom did this just by the evidence alone. But it's her mom and she loves so much. What child wants to see their mom behind bars with a death penalty case. She supports her mom no matter what, it's still sad...

    • @snowblo1
      @snowblo1 2 месяца назад +1

      @mslove7798 Yeah, when I heard that Linda was so low down that she even involved her daughters car in the crime, I was like OMG seriously. She (the daughter) could have gotten some serious time had she not proved that she actually had no part in it. And you're right about the fact the deep down, she probably knows her Mom is guilty as sin, but she has blinders on.
      I'll be totally honest, I've always told people in a half joking way (but really serious) that I don't care what crime my Mom ever commits, I'm standing by her. Period. So yeah, I kinda get it.

There's no evidence whatsoever thats even slightly proving she didnt do it or that someone else actually did it and framed her... How incredibly disappointing that Charlie Mathis came forward and tried to help Linda Carty by saying the police either "threatened or coerced" him into testifying against Linda. He is supposed to be one of the good guys, so this makes me think he's been f)ck!ng her for years. Just vile.
    And the past tense of "to plead" is "pleaded." In spite of "pled" being in common usage, I notice your videos are very detail-oriented. So I am gently pointing out that the past tense of "to plead" is indeed "pleaded."
    This was just heartbreaking. The poor baby has to grow up with no mother now, and the husband has to raise that child by himself. People can be so incredbily cruel and it is always innocent people who end up paying the price, sometimes the ultimate price.
