A trial group will fill in 10 minutes if it's done properly. A trial group should be crated by a Tank or 2 of them - depending on trial and difficulty. The annoying thing is when you have 7 DD's organising a group and you spend 45 minutes looking for tanks and healers.
When this was announced, I was convinced there would be multiple people looking for multiple activities at regular times, but so often I go to the game and it’s completely empty. I also thought it would bring an end to people spamming in game chat for trials, but now it’s just spammed that the trial is in Group Finder.
@@matthewsanders1154 I get that, but when you are spamming guild or zone chats with constant requests for the same thing (obviously no problem requesting that way at all, I’m talking about the few that will post the same thing multiple times every other minute seemingly), then it’s completely on them for not taking advantage of a tool added to the game (as late as it may have been). The whole purpose of adding things like that is for it to benefit peoples in game experience. If ZoS see people not using it because it was added ‘to late’, then wouldn’t that make them think twice about adding other QoL improvements since people aren’t going to take advantage of it just because it hasn’t always been there? MMO’s evolve over time, and although I fully agree it should have been there much sooner…it’s there now, so those whom it would benefit should surely take advantage of it?

Thank you for posting this! This makes finding people for daily pledges on normal so much quicker, since you can run without role contraints. So noone needs to fake-tank...
I create groups for trials and dungeons with player checks, like AA for example. It would be nice to have a "List in a chat box" option available during the creation. Then have a filter option for GF listing in the chat box settings. It would make GF more visible to those knocking out daily content, endeavors, or just LARPing. This may already exist, and admit to not reading a patch since 37...
I just got back into the game this week, saw this, almost utilized it, but then I thought "Remember Craglorn? Do you really want to jump back in that abusive relationship?". Well thank you very much Xy my guy, not only will I be using this option, I will be upping my therapy sessions from 2 a week to 4
I always use find .. haven't created a group yet .. maybe i should create one for nervous players because there are a lot like me who always think they will let people down
Seeing that this system exists now makes me kinda wanna pick up the game again I haven’t played since about halfway in the Necrom release. This is something that I wish they had implemented from the start glad to see they have added it nonetheless. This beats having a guild slot taken up for trials and dungeons
It works for all content. Just make how you like to run. There are others who prefer it too. Just don't put the settings to crazy and when crazy happens wonder why. Make a good group. Good people will join it.
used it multiple times to get a good group for dungs even for VSE every time i made a group it was full fast so im not sure why people dont just use it
If you do this for a daily random dungeon (1Tank 3DPS) does the Random Dungeon option count for the daily random, or do you need to make the group then join the daily random separately?
before GF existed one time I got "recruited" by 2 people for a vet pledge (bloodroot forge) and they were also looking for the monster mask, I thought "nice I get to try this on vet for the first time (was also probably my first vet dlc) and have the possibility for a healer monster mask", it took me until we were past the first boss after more than just a couple of attempts to realize these 2 idiots were below level 50, I asked them what was their CP level and they said some weird stuff so I assumed they didn't even know what it was, so I just told them they were doing something completely stupid and fucked off from there, since then only ever tried a vet dlc twice and it was hell

I've had this happen a number of times, both for when trying to join a group, and when I've created my own group just yesterday. So after waiting half an hour I only had two people (DDs, I was tank) and no healer and it closed. Of course, sometimes it does work, but you never know.
ESO is an embarrasing bugfest that ZOS doesnt care to fix as long as you keep shoveling money at them. You cant even pvp in cyrodiil cause the lag spikes will eat your inputs. This game is barely more than the failure fallout 76 was, and by the same people. Don't waste your money on this horrible game guild wars is better

I created a trial group for normal Cloudrest. Within about 15 minutes it was filled. Job done.

I literally did it yesterday. Found 2 DDs for vet HM Mazattuun(or how it is spelled).
