Hi thanks for the 36 plus 2 samples to look at, as you say you've saved us the trouble of having to do the experiment. I hope that covid didn't leave you with any lingering issues.
All the best . . Andy
Modern Masters makes (patina paint) that is a really fun way to patina anything that will take paint. Totally great Beer drinking fun!!🥴🍻😁
Thank you for this service ! Appreciate the reference !!
This was a lot of work and very well demonstrated. I am deeply grateful. You did a fine job with that visual cross reference chart!
I wonder if sanding first, would make the verdigris stick better without flaking off. Coating on top of flaking will not prevent it flaking off. You have to secure the patina somehow.
If you are sick, it is not by chance. Eat right, sleep early and enough, exercise, and take Zinc 50 mg every night. You will never get sick again. Stay away from sugar, sugary things, fruit juice, white refined carbs. Go more Keto.
Good nice.thanks for you experiments.
Cool. You’re a trooper for filming through you know what! ❤️👌🏼 Thank you.
liked your science!
Frosted Flakes - ha! Grrrrrreat info, thank you.
Excellent test, thank you.
Thanks!
Nice chart, thanks for the tests
Thanks!!❤
Nice Video..i think they all turned out great!
Thank you for your valuable information, success!! 😊
for best results use a Viniger %5 aced or higher brush on the copper put Epson salt on that then put the piece in an ammonia-rich atmosphere. This has consistently given me blue to dark blue and sometimes purple results.
For darker blue did you let the copper sit in the ammonia for longer? If so how much longer
it depends on how hot or cold it is at the time but generally a hour or so above the initial developing time the longer you wait the darker it can become@@egadgawegdfwea
Thanks so much for your hard work! Sorry you ended up getting sick while doing this! But I surely enjoyed watching all th things you did. Great work!
Thank you!
I second that
I love copper
I love scientific mindset
Great video!!
PS-
Good editing
Thank you
thanks
Nice work. Glad you beat the China Coof.
I’ll try on bronze, i like mostly white winegar with himaleyan salt ones; im realy curious results that on bronze
Good job this was a great video
Thank you!
Hi thanks so much for sharing your experiments. Could you share what the ingredients in the greek salad dressing were?
Yes please.
Rinse the spoon because of "SCIENCE" he exclaimed...🤭👍🏼😂
Lemon?
Use powdered Miracle Gro mixed with water. I love to run the copper through my embossing machine first, then the patina settles in the grooves. I have a video on my channel, but it's not a good video. It's like 7 years old. I'm a patina junkie. Now, to watch your video.
Thanks for the tip.
If you wants something good leave a pc in your roof and at time you have a good natural patina whit out quimical ingredients
Cool experiment. Your missing out on some great patina colours though. Check out some copper vape patina videos.
I will have to check that out. Thanks for the tip.
Turquoise is the colour you were looking for, I think.
Which patina was the most durable?
I would say the white vinegar, or the chemicals you can buy. I use a clear finish that is called ProtectaClear. It really keeps any finish locked in.
What is greek salad dressing?
I don't know the exact recipe of dressing I used. But greek salad dressing usually has red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and oregano.
@@countryroadcustomdesign Thanks!

If it’s already copper why do you need copper patina?
Patina is basically a different way to say oxidation. So Patina on steel would just be rust. It's a way to give your metal an aged look in a short period of time.
