im going to keep my lcd and just change the digitizer. Maybe that will take care of the flickering screen/heat problem. wish me luck
Where can I get

Cool keep up the great work
Thank you!
How do i know if i need to replace the entire unit or only the the LCD? It does the Ghos screen but it also will not hardly let me press anything on the screen.
Sounds like you just need the digitizer. That's the part that makes it a touch screen. The lcd screen is just a display. So, as long as everything looks fine visually on the screen, it's probably fine.
I've used this product for years and it's shelf life is much longer that the liver of sulfur crystals jewelry supply houses sell. A few points to note. You are correct about the surface needing to be clean, but just wiping is insufficient and your poor results on some silver suggest this is your problem. Scrubbing the piece with non-scratch bleach cleanser such as Ajax is necessary. You can tell if your piece is properly clean if the water does not bead on the surface. Next it greatly helps to have the liver solution as hot as possible. Also heating the piece with a hair drier will speed the process like instantaneously. Stirring the piece also helps. Be sure when you submerge the piece that it is completely dry especially its nooks and crannies because water will insulate the very recesses you want to darken, Once the piece has blackened, rinse in tap water while lightly brushing the piece with a fine brass brush that has been dunked in soapy detergent water. This removes the black film that lies on the piece's surface but has not bonded with it. You want to get rid of that. The brushing will leave a grey silver finish but also prep the piece for successive liver treatments, bushing with the brass brush after each. Do not omit the soap on the brush as this will remove the desirable liver effect. Once the desired finish is achieved, rinse in the backing soda mix and dry with a hair drier. Very fine steel wool can be used to remove the dark grey from raised areas, but will leave a matte finish which I like better than high polish. Rio Grande also sells foam pads that work very well for removing the liver while not dulling the polish. Finally to preserve the piece's polish and liver treatment, rub the piece with a tiny amount of micro crystalline wax and buff. If you wish to treat brass, heat it and pickle. This will cover it with a tenacious coat of copper which will respond very well to liver of sulfur.
It turned out really pretty, great job.
Thank you
Cuescreens makes an upgraded digitizer. I’m gonna try that.
Just finished replacing mine and it was very easy, i would say 30 mins time the video really helped. I got my replacement scree off amazon and it works perfectly.
Using that plastic pipe did you no favors. The edge is sharp, which aggregates the surface more than it polish it, and it doesn't have the same weight to it. If you use the mouth of a glass jar the edge is smooth, and you should get a better surface built up.
I'm sorry your person didn't share your creativity and passions
Should have been crafting with you !
@tericlevenger6813 We both should have been doing things for the other person. But I've learned a lot of things to improve and look for in the future. Hopefully, my next person will share these passions even more.
Who are you ?! Cute, sensitive and seems very kind !
@@tericlevenger6813 I'm not sure about the cute part, but I like to think I'm a good, kind person.
I'd like to try this with Georgia red clay and my Florida sandy dirt !
@@tericlevenger6813 I think the red clay would look really cool.
This reminds me of creating a procedural texture on a sphere in blender🤣
I got an 52 oldsmobile, very hard starting, im also thinking of adding a volt primer pump, But don't know how to, Thinking also that I might need a return to the gas tank for execeiv fuel
mine has takes almost 24 hours to dry and it’s not even dry
I love the journal. I've got an Xtool laser, but I've never thought about trying to laser denim. I like that you come up with different ideas than the run-of-the-mill. Keep on keeping on!
can you show me how to add 3 stones in one 'net'
@christiedovale7827 Well, I haven't ever tried that before. But perhaps I could figure something out. Are you trying to have the stones stacked on top of each other or more side by side?
How did getting the screen from the dealer work? How much they charge?
@williambrown77 Looking online, the GM factory replaced is around $250. I never ordered one because I'm broke, lol. But my screen is so bad now I think that tiny flicker from the Amazon screen would be way less annoying.
I hear that. What site are you using to locate it? I can't find anything for my 19 2500. I can only find up to yr 18.

I literally just found your channel today as I was looking for wire wrapping tutorials. You convey so much joy when you create and I thank you for sharing that. I am so sorry that you are going through this loss but keep focused on your goals. Allow yourself to heal as well. Just know that you are putting so much good energy out into the universe and it will come back to you. ❤
Thank you!
If you do run out of wire, you can make the hoop/ bail separately and the connect it to the piece with scrap wire or some fresh wire off the spool. :)
Nice tutorial ❤
Thank you!
I need to do this to mine, its horrible. Good video, thanks

While you are going through the trials of life it’s not easy to see the good that will come out of them. Losing someone that you care about is difficult. Take time to grieve the loss and then move forward and persevere. Continue doing the things you enjoy and continue to push yourself to move out of your comfort zone!! You are a talented person and I enjoy the creativity you share!!
@@fritzwilson1637 Thank you!
Just listening to the pain in your voice speaks volumes. You seem very vulnerable right now and Letting go is so hard but I promise there will come a time when you can look back on this video and realize you’re in a much better place. I understand what it feels like to have someone in your life that doesn’t share your passion. Regardless of their interest in your passion or not they should support you especially if it’s something therapeutic and keeps you grounded. It’s took me many years to realize that I’m worth more. I MAY BE ALONE now but that’s ok because I’d rather be alone with my sanity then have someone in my life questioning my own sanity. I hope that makes sense to you, if not one day it will. Keep making your content “ You just popped up in my feed this morning” I enjoyed your jewelry making video that really helped me with wrapping my stones and epoxy jewelry I’m just beginning to make. Keep pushing forward YOU GOT THIS. 😊
Thank you!

Awwhh, don't give up. A lot of people have social anxiety, and making videos and a channel has helped their social lives and skills. I'm sorry your person did not share your passion and love for making videos. I just found your channel this morning because I'm new to making spoon rings, and I had never even thought about making a key ring, which is brilliant! Honey, maybe your person was different from the person right for your life. I pray you find a wonder girl who shares the same passions so you can be a team and learn and grow. But do not give up; I enjoy your videos! Remember this to shall pass.
@@teresausa1 Thank you for the kind words.
Really liked the key idea. Never thought about other things to make rings from. Thank you. Great video. Subscribed

To get extremely fine dirt don’t use gloves, toss the dirt on one hand and just rub that over the surface. The finest stuff should stick to your hand. It would be a slower process, but get you finer dirt for polishing.

I’ve used a neon, sign, transformer, many times.. However, one day they just stop working. I just bought a new neon sign transformer and like you I can’t get the damn thing to burn. I’m going to contact the manufacturer and see if they have an answer for me. I’ll let you know if I find anything.
Can get links to buy them
I don't currently make these to sell, sorry.
pirinç suyu kullanırsan toprak daha az çatlar
Hey man they look awesome how much ?shout out from New Zealand 🇳🇿💯
Thank you! I don't really make them much anymore. Plus I don't have any silverware to make anything, sorry.
i put a rag in a drill to speed up and get a good shine. my first one i i made is just straight shovelled dirt, so who knows what materials are in it, i’ve made clay recently so that will be used to make my 2nd doradongo. plus people talk about making these in 1 day, but mine went exactly like this
spray for shiny? that destroy the purpose of dorodango
I didn't have good luck getting a shine on those dorodango. It was more of an experiment to see what the spray would do.
@@countryroadcustomdesign its takes me more than 6 hour polishing with hand and glass for my 1st dorodango but yeah its get magically shiny
neat!
Wonderful video! Great work and thanks!!! I need more practice using that chart. I don't get it. Also, is there a way to find thin steel because like silver it'll be easier to bend... I can't afford silver or sterling silver all the time. TIA!
Search online for flat ring blanks. I haven't used anything other than silverware, but this might be a starting point.
Very nice design - I think they look cool!
I’m having the same issue new fuel pump installed but the crank is not engaging the lever to pump fuel in. When I pump by hand it pulls fuel with ease. Update: I guess there is a push rod that falls out of place when removing old pump.
maybe use two screens at same time in your circle sifter to get it finer.
Good idea
What happens if you forgo rubbing it with fine dirt to make the shell? I've seen some videos that don't do it and it seems to come out fine.
I don't think it's 100% necessary. There isn't a hard rule to follow, from what I can tell. I think the process of adding layers helps give a more round shape.
