2 ounces Bourbon
3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
1 egg white
Herb'n Bourbon Recipe:
2 ounces Bourbon
1/2 ounce Orange Juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce clover honey
2 dash Angostura Bitters
muddle strawberry
muddle 10 mint leaves
muddle 2 basil leaves
muddle 1 sprig rosemary

Very close. Pisco have a bit more earthly flavors to it. Whiskey sours are bold with vanilla and caramel

Yeeeeaaaahhhhh buddy!!! Whats your thoughts on doing the ice shake with all ingredients except eg white, then straining & dry shaking with egg whites after so the tins & ingredients are pre-chilled??
To get technical, the egg should be the did ingredient added to the shaker and then all other ingredients on top, least expensive to most just in case you drop an eggshell in it

so what am I doing wrong, that when I pour it in glass, and let it sit for a moment, nothing changes, it stays forever this white thick liquid and wont create any foam on top
It will normally take longer than a minute to get a good head, be patient with egg white foam. Also try to close the gate on the strainer in the beginning of the pour and open it at the end. the bulk of the foam in the shaker will come out last.
@@MIXOLOGYFLAIRED without the foam, whole drink is like thicker, don;t know how to explain, like weird texture. couple days ago I tried it in a bar and it was much much smoother. Therefore my drink sat there for about 10 minutes and stayed exactly the same , so I jus dumped it out. Fresh eggs, fresh juice, only thing different is my sugar syrup, I bought it by dan sukker and it is thick syrup but gets thinner after mixing .. but that could be part of problem, all though I think there is more to that
@@johnrefe well, if you don’t use egg white it will not separate. If you’re using egg white, make sure you shake it 2 times. First without ice to combine egg with citrus for about 30seconds, then again with ice to chill.
