I put more thought into it and yes it does need to be fixed. The character of Indiana Jones deserves it and we as fans of the franchise deserve it. I know that it will not fix what is already out there but this movie could have been salvaged with the structure it has. Even if we kept some of the Sci Fi elements as respect to the 50's world.
