Even though you have the money you do, do you still feel like a nervous wreck driving around in public for anything to damage or scratch the car ? I feel like I would be that way and I would never be able to enjoy the experience, but then again I would think if you can afford the car it wouldn't matter, just curious.

It's relative I suppose. A "normal" adult wouldn't be worried about damaging a 30-40k car but if you gave that same car to a lower-middle class teenager, they would probably be nervous.
I would have a very hard time justifying those options on a new car. I like to buy cars that are 2-3 years old, let someone else pay for that shit. That said, that is a very nice car!

gorrilaunit99 it is important to consider that cost of purchase is one thing compared to cost of ownership. for example, I could afford a monthly payment to buy an older Porsche or ferrari, but if something broke, I wouldn't just be able to come up with the several thousands of dollars it would cost to fix. so as much as I want to be driving around in a Porsche, it would not be feasible for me to buy one.

It's inevitable that short sighted comments would get posted here. You cannot approach a Ferrari from the vantage-point of the cost of options on "regular" cars. Whether these options are worth the money or not isn't the point. Ferrari is first and foremost a luxury brand, whose primary products are prestige and exclusivity. That's what their clients are ultimately buying into and fully embrace. It is they who have ultimately determined the price of this stuff.

The dashboard inserts are the elements which surround the AC vents, along with a horizontal "bar" going across the dash. The Driver Zone is the element in/above the gauge cluster, along with the steering wheel with LEDs.

Rob, your AFS option is Adaptive Front Lighting System, it's that the headlights turn with the wheel and so on. About a $700 option on a Mazda.

I'm not surprised with the cost, since I remember pricing out an AMG CLA and it nearly doubled its price with all the options. That car isn't even in the same league price wise, which makes it even more ludicrous. As far as this car goes, I am surprised how many 'garbage' options you get for all that money though. In my opinion the only ones that are worth getting are the lift kit, AFS system, and the front/rear cameras.
Btw, AFS is not an air fuel system, lol. It's an Adaptive Front lighting System. It automatically adjusts your lights according to your driving conditions.

Maybe, I know the Ferrari Shields are like 5 grand, paint colors can be close to 10 grand, and wheels can be another 10-20 grand as well, I don't know for sure on this particular car but regardless, it's all just personal cosmetic options.

I'm not sure I would have bought any of those options other than the front end lift and possibly the carbon in the rear fender air intakes, but each of the options is tasteful in my view, and I certainly would be happy to have them. Since I can't afford this beautiful car, options or no options, I wish you well and hope you drive it in good health!

It's called personalization, the biggest product luxury brands like Ferrari are ultimately selling. These are more displays of status and exclusivity than they are cars.
Not really my taste either, personally maybe the ones on the tail lights and the cluster if anything. Then again this is real, people who love putting that adhesive shit all over their cars kinda ruined the whole look of it for me.

i made a light up bmw 6 series door sill rocker panel cover thing into a decorative light when i replaced one that had a broken wire. its powered by a little ac to dc converter that was for another 12v dc light. thats one cool thing about working at a euro car shop, you get all kinds of cool emblems that light up and other cool things.
