Great cues, tips & hints!! One thing I think you missed, and could have added, is told the viewers where on the chest to touch the ground...cuz there are a few variations, all with their own pros & cons, but I think beginners could do well with the standard inter-nipple-line ground touch... But, all in all, an awesome video!
Great video, Luca! I'm especially interested in the "power breathing" aspect during exercise. Could this technique be applied to other exercises such as burpees, jumping jacks, etc? If so, how?
Hi Andy, for exercises like Jumping Jacks and Burpees that do not require the same level of tension as strength exercises, use a rhythmical breathing cadence that matches the movement. Learn to breathe in or out in the phases of each exercises.
Thanks Coach! When you say dont do any other pressing while doing this challenge does that mean only horizontal pressing or does that include overhead pressing?
This is the best pushups explanation I have ever seen or read! Thanks a lot. 👍💪
Also, all your routine explanations are great.
Thank you for this post. I really appreciate your instructions on proper form for the pushup.
Thanks Coach

@@HardstyleKettlebellPro Thank you!
Awesome! I’m in the middle of your Jurassic Rite of Passage with the 24kg KB. Can I add this for the month?
You will need to omit the Military Press for 30 days. Take a break :)
@@HardstyleKettlebellPro sounds good! I’ll finish the Rite of Passage first 😄

Includes both
can you combine this with a training program?
Programs such as kettlebell complexes, clean + press, or other programs that are performed 3x a week.
You can do anything else, just no other pressing exercises
Is there anyway we can get those wall posters behind you which shows different levels ?
Soon!
