i can install only inventor 2013, is it good enough to learn 3d there? or there too many differences with newer versions

What would you say is the biggest change from autodesk inventor 2017 to autodesk inventor 2018?
Without using the new features added I couldn't tell the difference between the two.
Autodesk mainly just fixed bugs on 2018 version
Dynamic Rotating. ill cry right now since i changed solidworks to inventor.
if this tutorial runs just a touch slow for you folks you can set speed to 1.25.
At last, I feel like I'm learning Inventor.
