Going old school for this video. Changed my setup recently so I can work inside since it's so friggin' cold out, and you would not believe how much easier this makes things. The worst part is my arm hurts after reaching around the camera for 20 minutes, but beyond that everything is good. If you like this video, I'll do some more on the other types of blasters. It's more of a, "listen in the background" kind of thing.

Walcom you are the reason I love air blasters I used to be a springer fan but honestly air is so much more fun and powerful and its just ridiculous what you can do with darts
I'm still waiting for someone to use a magnetic linear accelerator to somehow fling foam and shock the world with awesomeness.

I love my magstrikes. I have a red one and a blue one and 3 clips. Absolutely love them to death, air blasters are awesome
Keep in mind the Yellow Magstrikes are actually more air efficient, so try to seek one out.
My bae gun the magstrike. Mine is blue and I think nerf nailed it on that gun. Wish I could find another or extra clips. But by far the boy and his friends all hit cover when they hear me coming with that one muhahaha.

By the way, perhaps you could reinforce the Titan’s weak shell with 3D printed nylon to protect from a air tank rupture. As for the hydro cannon, it’s 650 FPS is faster than half of the speed of sound (about 198 m/s)

600 fps is more than most airsoft matches allow.
And that is a foam dart, not a bb
A flint lock hits 654 fps on average so basically it's a gun.
I love a good air blaster I might try and find more of them once Im done looking into some other stuff.

I was watching old Walcom videos when the notification for this came through. I rather enjoy air blasters, but I haven't quite gotten the hang of them. I tried to mod a BurstWave the way that you did, but I can't get my trigger mech right. I bought one of the HydroCannons for the water gun fun back in the day, but I noe want to make it into an absolver cannon.
I would love to see a similar look at other blaster types. Thanks for another great video.
Fill in the priming bar that pushes the button in if that's your problem, that flexing is what prevents the tank from detonating.
WalcomS7 Thanks man. I tried reinforcing it, but I hadn't gotten around to building it up. I'll give that a shot soon.
FYI HAMP stands for High Airflow Manual Pump, not High Air pressure. The air pressure is pretty low compared to air or springer blasters.
He didn't mean HAMP. those are built into the blaster. the thing hes talking about is the equivalent to a fuel tank on your back from the old WW2 flamethrowers, except instead of fuel its air. so its a backpack airtank system.

I bought it off Bob O Bob a while ago. It’s one of my most prized possessions.
At a certain point, singled air tanks are just for showing off chronograph numbers, like a Supra's only purpose on the dyno.
Something id like to see Modulus air tank 2x4 Elites, 2x2 Mega, 1x1 Demolisher both in underslung and stock attachments. Would sell like butter in sunshine imo. Heck Rival rounds would be intresting.
I want an air pressure gun... I have a demolisher but i was an air pressure one. Something like the titan or panther.
I'm surprised you didn't segue into the drain blaster, although that really isn't nerf related. but yeah, Nerf really needs to get into Air Power again.

to put 650 feet per second into perspective, mach 1, AKA the speed of sound, is 1125fps. 650fps is literally more than half of that. Hell thats more powerful than 99.99% of airsoft and BB guns

Vulcan+2/3 Unity Power System = success?
Im thinking of making a flywheel powered dartzone legendfire so I have the equivalent of a break action barricade. Does anyone have any ideas before I buy 4 legendfires and a rapid red off Amazon?
I'd be interested to see exactly how that lever-action hopper-fed paintball blaster works. If I recall, it had a hard tank but could release it in small bursts to fire semi-auto. Any idea how it does that?
Isn’t every blaster technically a air blaster because the spring launches air to launch the dart when your prime the dart?

I am working on an integration with an Airtech 2000 by converting the tank to fire a demolisher rocket. Is my tank selection a good one for this purpose, and if not, which tank would you recommend? I also don't want to use a titan tank, as it is too big for my purposes, and i don't want to use an air tank where the pump is inline with the tank, as i need to relocate the pump to fill in some gaps.
AT2K tanks are compact, that’s about it. It’ll fire a rocket if that’s what you’re looking for.

put a chain in the destiny and i mean a chain, like make yourself the heavy from tf2 chain
I would modify my supersoaker to take magazines, add a airtight bolt system, add an extended barrel (for accuracy) and add a REAL 3x low end scope, and use accufake darts for extra accuracy... A real Nerf sniper rifle!!! (would be similar to my competition sport .117 BB rifel)
Accufakes don't work well in brass which I assume will be the barrel.
It won't be brass, I couldn't bring it in public if I did
I will use an aftermarket plastic barrel, brass in my opinion is overkill and expensive unless you use it for making a home made plunger system.
Hornet's are Back Pressure Tanks. If you don't need a Hornet, you can get six decent tanks out of the thing and a decent shell for parts.
Oh, and the pump is actually pretty nice!
the super soaker could be lethal if u shot a half length brass or copper sharped dart out of it...

A hornet with a double breech barrel system. I mean three breeches per side, but the three open simultaneously by being connected to each other. The blaster would require an additional front end to house the new barrels and the sliding parts for thea dual triplebreech, and the new barrels would seal by sliding over the original barrels when the breeches are closed. By adding lenght to the blaster, you'd also be able to replace the pump with a bigger one.

Don't forget the Lanard Big Salvo, which is an air powered 4 missile shotgun.

It's a shame that the Rival line is not for sale in Germany, kinda want to make a ''sniper'' using rival balls and some air powered blaster, or spring powered (not sure though).
On a sidenote I'm, sadly, completely new to modding and don't even own a blaster. Yeah silly of me to think of modding isn't it.
What ever I want to try it at least once, so if some one has some info about blasters that were sold in Germany, are affordable and ''easy'' to mod please tell me.
Also yes I know there is Ebay/Amazon but I don't have the money for buying stuff from across the globe.

air blasters, my least favorite propulsion system out of the main three. maybe it's because I've absolutely never modded any of them or hardly owned any (I've had like two in my entire life), but I'm a springer guy really. Not as fast as flywheels but more powerful and you don't have to sit there pumping for 20 minutes for one (admittedly massively powerful) shot.
Sharpshooter II> Secret Shot II all day long for me.
William HPA can get amazing range and rate of fire.
