Not to mention that the opening game Reliaquest Bowl between LSU and Wisconsin to start the New Year was a great game especially since My Tigers were able to take the first and most important lead of the game with around 3 minutes to play in that contest after going back and forth couple TDs each and then ultimately getting the W 35-31 after our Defense who was M.I.A all game basically up until that final TD to Brian Thomas Jr.

This has to be his peak as it seems ridiculous to even consider he could get any better. Amazing, simply amazing. From the first game of the year to this he has proven himself up there with the all-time best. Am a U of M down home fan who'll be rooting for McCarthy, but with the matchup with the Huskies and Penix Jr. it does not bode well, All year have been comparing the two as each team gained ground and am forced to admit Penix is the Man! i do not follow college football, but do tune in this time of year. what a game. i am from south texas, ut austin is less than 1-hour away. hoping they would win. they lost, but that is ok. i must say the washington quarterback throws laser-beams, and are accurate. but what a comeback the longhorns made. yes they fell short and lost, nonetheless they showed they belonged on this stage. i now do not know who is going to win between washington and michigan. i only hope it is an exciting game like the two games on new year's day. This game was an instant classic. Actually, both CFP games were classics. Week after week, Penix just keeps impressing me with his pin point accuracy and touch he puts on his passes. Just a great player to watch and if I'm an NFL team in need of a franchise QB, I'm taking Penix in the draft as the first QB off the board (yes, even over Caleb Williams and Drake Maye). We should be in for a treat in the National Championship Game. Should be another classic and it wont disappoint like what we saw last year with Georgia/TCU.

I hope you’re only 16. Otherwise, you have no excuse. True fans come out of the womb a Husky.

    Penix is a beast.

In this game, Penix played like the best QB in the NCAA .... by far. Dude was throing dime after dime, threading the needle, placing the ball on dinner plates 40 yards out.

Penix in my mind is the best college quarterback in college football and I don't think it's close.

He’s more mature and like able than that diva drama queen CW
Penix would go 1 overall if not for all the injury history. at least he doesn’t run as much as he did at indiana.

Wow how good was Penix? He was dropping dime after dime after dime. He’s honestly been doing that all year. I think Caleb still goes #1 but I would not be surprised if Penix is the 2nd QB take in the draft over Maye. I’d rather have Penix if I’m picking.

I would not hesitate to pick Penix higher than Williams and I’m a long time SC fan. Great pocket presence and a deadly accurate passer with good velocity and range. More valuable skills out of the gate
