Hurricane Beryl leaves DESTRUCTION across Jamaica, The Aftermath.

Previously, The Category 4 storm, which has already claimed at least six lives and caused extensive damage in the southeast Caribbean, is advancing towards Jamaica. Islanders are hastily preparing for its arrival.
The U.S. National Hurricane Center has issued a hurricane warning for Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Little Cayman, and Cayman Brac. Although Beryl is expected to weaken slightly in the next couple of days, it is predicted to remain a major hurricane as it approaches Jamaica on Wednesday, the Cayman Islands on Thursday, and Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula by Friday.
Prime Minister Andrew Holness of Jamaica has declared a disaster zone, a status that will persist for the following seven days. Additionally, he has imposed an island-wide curfew from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
Holness has also stated that security forces will be fully mobilized to maintain public order and aid in disaster relief efforts. They have strategic plans in place to address any potential looting or other crimes of opportunity once the hurricane has passed.
As the state of emergency is declared, Kingston residents are fortifying their homes, securing boats, and removing roadside billboards in anticipation of the storm's destructive winds.
