The Presence Process has been one of the absolute best things to ever have happened to me! Changed my life for the better in ways I never thought possible. About to dive into my second round starting this following Monday... Thank you, Michael! If anyone is doubting whether they should start the process or not, DON'T OVERTHINK! JUST DO IT!

"Its not about what we want, its about what's required for us to grow" - now that's a powerful statement. Rather than running away from uncomfortable feelings and emotions, he's asking us to feel them out fully. There's no way around them. Of course, that makes so much sense than "controlling them". Thanks Michael!

You're so refreshing, Michael Brown, and I feel so grateful for your influence in my life and growth. My experience of The Presence Process was transformational, and my sessions with you the same. I can and do always return to feeling to save me from disconnection.

I have been studying ACIM for a while and this is very complimentary to those principles, such a helpful tool and this book has given me the courage to face my fears with authenticity. It's exciting!

Michael Brown is a beautiful person, couple of months ago I emailed him about something and he responded to me in a matter of days. That is when I wrote to him something along the lines of : This monday I will start doing the presence process...
Now I am proud to say that I have only 4 days left in the process.I have felt angry, upset, neglected, sad, confused and now I feel more present, more honest to myself and I rarely react to content in my life. There is a lot more to do but I feel well guided...

I see he answered you himself. He is great about that; whenever I have been stuck I've written to him directly and he always answers (and beautifully). Keep at it, it is amazing work. I just started my third round.

An intuitive, concise and beautiful way of saying it is: There is no "you" ever to control and choose the emotional state you're in or supposed to be in. You are not responsible for your inner feelings.

I'm the cerebral type, I often react without much emotions (to the point some people who don't know me think I'm a psycho, but I'm just an INTP, not an extrovert), and when I follow this kind of procedure, the only emotions and feelings I get instantly deflate... after a few seconds, I don't feel anything inside me anymore and so I can't work on them ! On the other hand, I sometimes hear cognitive reactions in my head about what happened or was done to me that created these emotions in the first place.

Smart Cat Collar Project I'm the same way. I think it's harder for us, but we just must keep at it waiting for the messengers to hit those buttons.

This is good stuff! Thank you! I always wandered why, I felt as if I were having a good day but felt as if I felt some one else's pain and would either become mad or sad I knew that these feelings weren't mine. Great this message clears that up, now I know it's not just me tripping or seriously going though some kind of bipolar experience :)

Funny thing, mothers and girls usually have great connection with their emotional energy..but it is derided by most men when women are emotional and that emotion is exactly what she immediately feels and must address.
Men, on the other hand also have the challenge they are to not feel or be emotional.
Then we have the elders who have been quashed for emotions, so they enforce the notion.."no you really dont feel: Insert sad, mad..hurt fear etc.

Michael is brilliant, but how sad that much of humanity is so detached from our own feelings. It's the oddest concept.
