Hey Ryan , I work for a rental company in Texas. We have a lot of case equipment including skid steers, which are the same as the New holland. I saw the water in fuel code in your new holland skidsteer. Those sensors are real sensitive. Make sure you drain them weekly. Also check the cooling fan weekly. The larger skidsteers seem to haveca problem with breaking fins off which will lead to a lot of vibration. We had one that loosened all the bolts up on the radiator and ac pump. It lead to a lot of problems. Next thing that is critical with a cab machine is make sure you check the cab air filter when the machine is serviced at minimum 500 hrs. A plugged cabin air filter will burn the wire harness up and void warranty.

Seeing all the comments about things slowing down. I live in Canada, I was a labourer for masonry crew, bricking in resi. The whole company got laid off in April because there are no more homes to brick. Everything got eaten up by cheap labour immigrant crews through the winter. Usually you get laid off through the winter, not at the beginning of spring.. but now I’m starting my own business so hopefully it was a blessing in disguise !
It’s everywhere, I used to work 6 months on the ships in Alaska and then 5 months construction on cruise ships on the docks of Grand Bahamas. Both places would hire overseas workers specifically Filipinos & Eastern Europeans cheap labor costs for the companies. Filipino crews would tell us they were making USD6,000-12,000 a year but it was enough for them to go back home and buy a home, car and education. The Polish & Ukrainian guys USD15,000-30,000 a year. We would be the only American crew most of the time, they stopped liking us when they heard what we Americans were being paid especially for the same labor. Yeah, it’s happening across the whole board, people & companies rather pay cheap labor and keep more profit

Been in management for lots of years. Big Ray makes far too many mistakes to be considered safe. The small things are expensive. The other day when he left the strike off hanging off the form truck and not secure should have been a tip off that you should have taken action. While these cost nothing this time, if nothing is done about it, the next mistake could cost you the company. Daryl Sr was a serial line stepper and a mooch, Big Ray is dangerously inept.

Nice to have the additives to spray on the concrete to keep the top from setting to fast ! Back in the day we poured in sun and wind with nothing to prevent quick setting !! Which I am sure you witnessed yourself before these additives came on the market !
Australian Here: I own a company doing HVAC and Electrical and we have slowed up a whole bunch recently. Peoples spending is way down as the home owners fixed rate has come off fixed rate (2-3%) and gone to variable rate (6-7%)which has put a huge financial strain on people. Fuel quality is a quick killer of diesels. Always drain the water and I like to add an additive when I fill up.

@@KDlGG Pat knows more about trucks then ray in so many ways 😂😂 Pat does an inspection on the trucks every morning checks oil fuel and an walk around while ray realizes it’s empty at the job site making lost time 😂

Been in management for lots of years. Big Ray makes far too many mistakes to be considered safe. The small things are expensive. The other day when he left the strike off hanging off the form truck and not secure should have been a tip off that you should have taken action. While these cost nothing this time, if nothing is done about it, the next mistake could cost you the company. Daryl Sr was a serial line stepper and a mooch, Big Ray is dangerously inept.

Peoples spending is way down as the home owners fixed rate has come off fixed rate (2-3%) and gone to variable rate (6-7%)which has put a huge financial strain on people.
