@king Midas. if you move, the Wendigo gets you, so if you run towards Mike it's expected that the Wendigo will kill you
@king Midas. It should kill Mike , he's talking about Sam (who can't get killed by the switch), because streamers think that if you save Mike you just sacrifice yourself by moving or doing multiples gestures.
@king Midas. For me the streamers were kinda dumb because just by thinking , it clearly says "RUN TO THE SWITCH=KILLING EVERYONE" you don't need 200 QI to understand that it's better to lost Sam and keep everyone alive than killing everyone but saving Sam.

I love how everyone chooses to blow up a house with mike in it, and then act surprised when mike blows up along with the house. It even gives you a choice that literally says SAVE mike. Beating the game with everyone alive was a great feeling, plus it was cool seeing what they all had to say during the credits.

Not really. In Emily and Matt sequence after collapsing of the tower, if you choose to save Emily, Matt will die in the process.

Honestly everyone is saying "But they didn't know that Saving Mike meant Sam wouldn't die!"
But guys, c'mon. We know what the switch will do. They know that Switch = Start Fire. We all know that anyone who is in a burning building will get burnt. What we didn't know is what would happen if we saved Mike, but if we used logical thinking, it's a choice between burning whoever is left in the building, and saving Mike. Mike is still in the building. Mike still gets burnt.
Unless you specifically wanted Sam to Live, and didn't care about Mike, logical thinking let's you know that Mike will always die if you don't save him.
