About ten years ago my Brother moved to Wisconsin from Texas and had been there a couple years. We had a band together and we were very close. Inseparable.
He sent me this song one day and told me it made him think of me. "Time will see us realign." That hit me and I realized how much my big bro loved me.

My oldest hasn’t talked to me and my other brother in almost 4 years after he married a pos women. We were all so fucking close and involved in another’s lives.

This was my first Deftones song I had ever heard, and what a perfect song to ease me into the beautiful intensity that is the sound of Deftones.
If I’m being perfectly honest, I saw this video advertised with the images of the Owl, and was intrigued enough to be like “hmm what’s this?”.
Little did I know I was about to discover one of my most favorite Rock bands ever.

This song currently makes me imagine floating in space and watching planets collide, stars exploding and being born, an enormous black hole consuming a star with a giant colorful galaxy in the background. It's so otherworldly. This song got me all the way through a bad breakup in high school.

What a beautiful song, and the chorus is a perfect mix between power and melody...Deftones are really a great band.
This song caught me off guard on the radio last night driving home. I have bought every Deftone cd since they came out but i've been hoping for heavier songs for 2 albums now. This song came on the radio and i blasted it, it gave me goosebumps and my eyes watered a little bit. Deftones are back, can't wait to see them live again.

This song and album came out when I first went to rehab and it helped me so much! It helped keep my mind off of getting high and drunk and cope with the major changes that come with getting sober comes with. Such a beautiful song. R.I.P. Chi

Deftones music has had such a great influence on me growing up. From my thought process, my demeanor, my past, my future, my reason, my heart to my style when i make music whether it's metal or electronic. Love this band like no other.

I can't describe how I feel listening to Deftones, this song especially gives me an otherworldly vibe that's so beautiful that I want to cry. Fucking amazing, Deftones never disappoints.

Years ago, Saints Row: The Third introduced me to the Defttones when my adopted brother demonstated for me the game's music. Witting very little, I later found out more about their albums online getting hooked on owning them since then. Playing the Remastered calls back up the nostalgia to replay the flashback again when I first asked him who they were with such an entrancing, moving music.

I was looking for this song for almost a decade now!!! I used to listen to this along with Closure (Chevelle) and Schism (Ameritz) on my phone but it didn't upload along with the rest when I was switching devices at some point so going all this time without that 1 missing piece has been a mental itch I just couldn't scratch! For some reason all I could remember was the melody and "coffin shakes" followed by "needle breaks" from the lyrics and none of the lyric search sites could find it off of just that until now.

Honored to have played a shared venue with these guys, on this tour. Their fans dug our shit, and we had a blast watching Deftones that night. Also kind of cool to have had to dodge Chino on his BMX bike as he was riding up the venue's load-in ramp before the show, as I was loading in. He said, "Oops - 'scuse me". Neato.
They seem like from their music and the long time theyve been together they'd be cool guys. Glad you got to play with them, I would def be honored also. 1 of my best friends growing up we both played guitar in a band together with some other friends. We all were init till the end no bs no breakin up it was cool. It ended though, families happen and drug's and booze and such.
