Appreciate video content! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you considered - Piyason Videographic Ventures (should be on google have a look)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for creating your own viral video minus the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my coo-worker after many years got excellent results with it.
That tip about dragging clips into the preview window is brilliant. Especially if you're using transition packs you can easily drag up to "Overlay" instead of messing around with unchecking tracks before you insert it
I swear I'm going to cry this video is so beautiful.

I loved your tricks Ian! I made the list for me, but thought it might be useful to others too! 12 tricks (there are actually 13 because 2 and 4 are kind of the same trick) = 1. Alt + click + drag to duplicate and reposition selected clip / 2. a for arrow selects everything right of where you are positioned 3. Alt + backspace as a short cut to ripple delete, which deletes and repositions by closing the gap 4. Shift + a selects everything left of where you are positioned 5. Select clip + f shows the clip in the source monitor 6. Drag clip from source monitor to program monitor (instead of the usual timeline), which opens up several options. 7. Select time line clip + n to roll clip forward and adjust previous clip 8. Hold shift + select all mute, hide or lock buttons 9. [ or ] to raise or lower the volume of selected track by 1 decibel at a time 10.Shift + mouse wheel in timeline margin to increase decrease view of all audio or video tracks within timeline monitor. 11. arrow down and arrow up advances to the next/previous clip of the selected track or tracks 12. Alt + arrow up or down moves the clip to the next line on the timeline 13. Master video channel effects (by selecting the "Master" to apply effects, for example lumetri color) in the effects editing pane, you can apply changes to every instance of the same clip within the timeline.
Dude! High quality stuff there! No BS, straight to the point and nothing but quality content first second to the last! For me, all of them are absolutely great and more than half actually blew my mind. First time visitor, now a subscriber and a fan. Excellent work!
Just started editing, but can't tell you how much time i've spent searching for the source clip to preview in the source monitor. That tip alone is worth the watch of this video. Thank you
A lot of great stuff in this video! Definitely had my mind blown at least once. I am SUPER happy that you went over the master clip edit again. I remember that from a previous video, but it was good to see again because it is SO USEFUL. You're the best. Thank you!
You are blowing my mind. I grew up in the 60's & 70's...., so my minds been blown a lot, really a lot.....but this is awesome. I'm going to watch this video every time I edit and thank you, notiansans !!!
Wow this is so freaking helpful. As a newbie to adobe premiere I was spending SO much time individually clicking and sliding stuff with barely any shortcuts besides A C and V. Bro, this is MIND BLOWING!
I didn’t know about 90% of this. You have been my AE teacher. Your videos are quick, in depth, and fun. Nothing about your work or explanations are tedious or boring. I even sometimes watch your premiere videos even though I’m more into after effects.
The biggest take away is really the master section... thank you very much...that is awesome.... I am really often in situations where this will save a huge amount of time.. thumbs up
The up and down keys to go to beginning and end of clips blew my mind. I hated trying to add zoom keyframes and manually trying to slide to the beginning and end of each clip only to be a frame off and fuck up my zoom lol
I've been wanting to get into film for a long time and I'm starting to edit for myself with Premiere. Literally I'm editing a music video right now and in my search for tutorials, I came across your channel. And I'm so happy that I did. You've taught me a lot of really good short cuts and editing tips and I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to teach and make these videos. You're awesome man
A good tutorial to do would be what uploading presets to use for all vlogs. This is really important for beginners on Prem Pro, as there isn’t much in the way of tutorials on it. So including 1080p at 30fps and 4K at 60fps etc would be a massive help.
Great stuff!!! Don't forget about the ultra useful TILDE key for after effects and also premiere. The most often shortcut I'm being asked is how to make video output full screen in premiere pro. The short answer is CTRL + TILDE :) go and try it, or just TILDE for every panel in AE and PR.
Short and to the point! I think I knew all of them once upon a time, but conveniently forgot. Thanks so much! Love your tutorials. No beating around the bush.
Dude, I thought I had a fairly firm grasp on Premiere at this point; I know it better than most people I know, and I STILL learned things from this video. Keep making awesome stuff, man.
Have you done a video where you show how to do the head on body... effect? I don't really know what else to call it, but you've seen random meme videos where someone take a random person/characters head and puts it on another body, and the head moves in motion with the body? I know it's mostly key framing, but I would like to see how it's done.
Wow there are actually really helpful and amazing Tips and Tricks which blowed my Mind. Thank you and greetings from Germany. Keep going. Sorry for my bad english. ^^
I'm gonna take all of this knowledge and apply. This was fantastic, thank you! I'd love if you did maybe a gaming related episode. Cool ways to edit game footage and whatnot.
I've been watching and learning from you over a year now and you always come through with techniques and short cuts that have improved my editing. I'm still trying to land more side hustle work but I won't stop learning because I can just get better. Many thanks and God Bless!
brooo, between your sequence video and this one, you've definitely got my sub. thank you! update: just watched the part with the volume up/down and the zoom in/out and now I just love you.
dude, i smash like first, then i watch the video, i always learn stuff here and i definitely learned A LOT of shortcuts i needed but never bothered to find myself, thank you brah
Hi there, some great tips there, thanks. Only just got into Prem Pro but your tips are real labour/time saving. Well worth a look. Thanks again from England, gods own t'country Yorkshire (as they say up ere!)
