Wow that hack is the most offensive game since Custer's Revenge
Lol. It’s not offensive in the slightest - it’s hilarious. I say that as a minority - not that it should matter (though it’s of the utmost important in our racist /leftist culture)
Back in the day, this was one of my mom's favourite games (she was 60 when it came out).
I remember loving this game, I had a friend who had it and used to loan it to me

Activision re-used this exact same play mechanic for the control room level of their Aliens computer game. Instead of a guy on a horse roping cattle, you're a space marine using a flamethrower on xenomorphs. It plays almost exactly the same. Touch them and they back up, shoot them and they disappear, but the aliens start speeding up, etc. It's difficult, but it's possible to get through the level without losing any lives. In fact, it's possible to get through the entire game without losing any lives.
Just as good as the intellivision version in my opinion.
My best score on Stampede is 6,436 points
