  • Today we are doing a feel good postnatal yoga for core healing. Also feels amazing if you have a sore neck and back. It's day 27 of the Postpartum Workout Challenge. I have diastasis recti safe modifications.

    Thank you as always Jessica. I have been loving your daily calendar of workouts which I have been following mostly every day for about 2 years now! This was exactly what I needed after a stressful and frustrating night with my teething little one. Thank you for all you’ve done for the post-partum community and me!! I love all your content and thank you for helping my birth be the easiest it could have been last April!

    Let me tell you! I am on week two and I have been struggling with this painful back pain every once in a while in my upper right hand side of my back. Not from your videos (this is actually why I started doing your videos). So, when I inhale the pain would be so horrible and I can't move. This morning I woke up and boom- back out.So I said I'm still going to do it today and find something that's stretching!
    I can breathe right now in and out and no pain!!!! I'm shocked! Thank you so much at first I was nervous I might make it worse but it didn't! Anytime I get that pain where I can't breathe I'm putting this one on!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤ thank you!!!!

    I am 3week and 3 days postpartum. After this 15 min workout feels so fresh. This is perfect beginning for back to yoga and workout routine. Thank you so much because of you my delivery was super easy too. I really appreciate. Back to my body in few weeks after delivery. ❤️

    Thank you for your videos! I did your workouts regularly throughout pregnancy and will now continue them postpartum. I swear they made a big different in a smooth and quick delivery and helping baby be in an ideal position. :)

    what a pleasant surprise. I’ve tried two workouts on this channel and they both work for my body condition perfectly. I’ve been struggling with long covid for 5 years and been putting off exercises coz I couldn’t find any guidance online. Then I stumbled upon this channel when I searched for pelvic floor exercises. I am so surprised that the channel fits perfectly to my condition. Looking forward to a faster recovery.

    How do you know when it is safe to start working out/ do yoga again after birth?
    Can't wait to get back to my wellness routine but I'm afraid I'm rushing it ...I'm 2 weeks pp

    Jessica, Thank you so much for all of your videos. I am 3.5 years PP, but I didn't realize until a few months ago that I have Diastasis Recti. I've been doing 1or 2 of your videos 5-6X/week for the last 2 weeks, and I feel stronger than I have in a long time, and I'm already seeing some results with my DR that I wasn't before. Thank you thank you, and keep up the amazing work you do for all of us mommas.

      You should be able to. Clearance is usually 6-8 weeks for postpartum exercise. Double check with your provider if you aren't sure 💕
