Nolan Ryan didn't get 100% - that's how f'd up letting pen pushing and keyboard criminals who NEVER laced them up - elect the men who did. The rule should be ONLY the men that are in get to vote who comes in. They know the standard because they LIVED the standard.
if ichi doesnt go in uniamously whoever voted against him should never be allowed to hold a pen, type or speak about baseball again. cc should be first ballot too
Be fair and not unfair when choosing and voting for a player. Furthermore, as great sports reporters and experts on the best baseball in the world like the MLB, you have to try to give credibility and merit to the merit that deserves it, because you know the business perfectly, man, many thank you
Why? You want the mlb hall of fame to become like the nba and nfl hall of fame that everyone gets in? The hall of fame should be the best of the best, not just the best.
Honestly, in my personal opinion, players Bobby Abreu, Carlos Beltrán, Omar Vizquel, Félix Hernández, Kid Rodríguez, Andrew Jones Suzuki, Sabathia among others and so many renowned players who stood out the most on and off the field for me are future and already members of the Cooperstown Hall of Fame So you journalists, I humbly tell you, get your act together and let's vote for the players who are and who made their name on the playing field, extraordinary legends of the entire MLB because if you continue voting for players who have not done even the slightest thing On the field of play, the mistake is yours, unfortunately, it is the case.
It’s crazy how guys like Foolish Bailey and Fuzzy don’t have a HoF vote and might not ever have one. Along with some of the other prominent RUclipsrs that not only cover the game but help promote and elevate it. Those young men are the modern day Kurkjian and Gammons with all due respect.
wagner was very very good. not great. he did not show up in the big moment. Hoffman didnt either. Hoffman was an accumulater. 600 plus saves is not easy. 440 plus has been done a few times. sorry Billy... is it a coincidence that a former player is telling us that they all should be in eventually. way to stack the deck.
@@EndeavoursRadioWagner choked when it counted most. Mo blew a few big games and he's the best. Other than Hoffman all the closers you mentioned were in a completely different era, pitching multiple innings for one save. Hoffman blew big games too but he compiled.. That's the difference. Gossage was more dominant. I saw him pitch. And he has multiple rings. If he pitched one inning per save he'd have 550 minimum.
@Dee_Rod Kershaw sucked when it counted most too. But he's still considered one of the greats this generation. So great players struggle in the big games, Barry bonds, but that doesn't mean they're not worthy of recognition. Like I said, when it comes to relivers, the only one more consistently dominant year in and year out is mo. Wagner should have been voted in long ago.

Ichiro my all time favorite player.
Glove work, bat, on the bases he was a true 5 tool player
Ichiro Suzuki is 100% unanimous Hall of Fame inductee.
Ichiro is one of the greatest players I’ve ever seen.
Ichiro is one of the greatest of all time. It's a no-brainer
his longevity is just insane. he's still playing in Japan at age 50.
@@626resellto be clear he’s playing not as pro. Hosting exhibition games for high school kids. Still a hero for us in Japan

Ichiro unanimously, no brainer!!
Ichiro should be 100% but probably end up like 98%

If ichiro doesn't get in, there is an inherit problem wiht the HOF.
He will get in question is if he’s unanimous. Personally not sure what’s the reason not to vote though
if ichi doesnt go in uniamously whoever voted against him should never be allowed to hold a pen, type or speak about baseball again. cc should be first ballot too
I bet one voter is gonna leave Ichiro off their ballot just to be a contrarian and whoever that is needs to lose their position.
Should be Wagner, Suzuki and Sabathia without a doubt
I agree 100%
@@patrickhatfield7456 Ichiro only. The other two are Hall of Great.

Yeah. Billy came close last year so he would win it in his last year.
God ichiro is unbelievable was so damn good. Had everything you would want as a teammate.
Beltran would be a HOF…but he cheated with the Astros scandal…
Thank you, MLB, for remembering that Sabathia was an Indian first.
I don’t think anyone forgot he won his only cy young with them

Time to stop the hypocrisy and vote deserving players into the Hall of Fame. After all, they are not running for office...
Why? You want the mlb hall of fame to become like the nba and nfl hall of fame that everyone gets in? The hall of fame should be the best of the best, not just the best.
If Peter Rose was still alive, he'd be still trash talking about Ichiro.

When it comes to relivers wagners dominance is second only to Mariano. That puts him in the hall for me regardless of his counting numbers.
