On the speed of noises...

sonic - peppino, tails - noise, knuckles - pepperman, gamma - The Vigilante Big - Gerome, Amy - Noisette, Metal Sonic - Fake Peppino.
You could also replace gerome with Gustavo if you want the Froggy and Big thing to be more accurate and swap noise and peppino around since sonic and amy have a similar dynamic to noise and noisette.

Gameplay wise, Noise is more aking to Luigi due to being slightly slippery to control.
Fake Peppino could be Espio with its ability to run on walls upside-down
Noisette could be Cream due to her ability to fly with her hat, same thing for Mr. Stick which plays similar to Tails according to that leak.

@@StellaFangX Espio cannot run on walls in this game. He just has a walljump.
World mods are basically the movesets in the main game but you can swap the jump ability too (i.e. sonic's moveset with ray's flight)
So custom moves are not possible, but mods with duplicate slots are.
For context, noise is rouge with a hover, and the peppino mod is knuckles with a double jump.

The model and animations need some work but overall this is good. Please, if you make an update, add sounds from PT: TNU and swap the model and animations to the ones from the Low Poly Models.
