and also if you ever use Lan cable ur SSID name won't pop up because no need it knows what the wifi is and the password. so, he must have paused the video and went to Use WIFI and not Use LAN Cable

Have you tried restarting your ps4? If you have and the error persists maybe try and check the email you used for the account, it is possible you have been suspended from PS network and playstation has signed you out until the suspension expires. Hope this helps!
