Tbh most unlimited data hotspot speed is around 70gb or 80 so he's probably just using a hotspot and changed the name to the WiFi name you can do that on switch so I presume you can on this

Have you tried restarting your ps4? If you have and the error persists maybe try and check the email you used for the account, it is possible you have been suspended from PS network and playstation has signed you out until the suspension expires. Hope this helps!
