Here is another bonus fun fact, they had a coles store where kfl is now.
Back in the 80s early 90s , that coles was called “fosseys or coles fosseys”.
Inside they were selling not food, like groceries but more like a mini kmart.
Also most or 90% of the alfreida shops were owned by non asians. It was a non asian suburb back then. Different to what it is now.
I was there during the late 80s and 2022. Seen a massive change.

@@Fucknows_lad i arrived in st albans at 8years old. In the late 1980s. I can tell you for a fact there was no indians, islanders, maybe just a handful of vietnamese in st albans. It was a “wog suburb” at the time. In my primary school once again, there was just a handful of asians. Out the whole school.
You could say i was the very very few first “asians in st albans”.
I didnt know even know what islanders were at the time or seen any indians .
