Those stable steps should at least be an option on just about all travel trailers/fifth wheels. The L lounge will do just about everything I would want, nice dining solution, make a great laptop area, and it would sleep guests who might go along on a short vacation. I like the sliding doors, no swinging doors standing open in the living area, and that camp kitchen helps to keep traffic, cooking odors and the moisture from cooking outside.

I absolutely love this layout. I believe the shower can also fit a shower chair for my husband. Thanks for showing the inside of the shower. We will definitely be coming to you when the time comes.
First time I've seen a bathroom on an rv that i could live with
Wish they made a smaller destination trailer. Like 30 foot total 25 feet interior. I love the way the destination trailers look on the exterior and love the glass doors. But I'm buying this 22rb because its perfect for me.
I like the 18RBM. Just the right size for me.
Absolutely love this floor plan PLUS the outdoor kitchen. Right on! We'd like to see a series of toy haulers or ADA accessible rigs in all classes. The elderly (think of all the baby boomers coming to age) and disabled like to travel too! :)
I guess you can say that this is Jayco's vacuum laminated version of Wildwood's 22RBS.

@@JoshtheRVNerd the more you stare at floor plans, the more you realize that there is a lot of overlap between brands. I guess you can say that it's due largely to limited space on the small to medium sized rigs and nearly every mainstream manufacturer trying to follow a trend.
Vents on the floor is a downer! The grill is too close to the doorway and kids can get burned. Table should be free standing table - then three people could eat, instead of straddling the table leg that hold up the table.
Love this rig.
Josh just when I thought Jayco was done whoopin the competition, for 2021 on the 22RB they went DUAL ENTRY DOORS!!!! This is ridiculous!!
They just keep getting better.
And they're already talking about how to improve further

Awesome rig. I might be able to tow that with my Ford Explorer. It has the V8 with the HD tow package on it. The research I did, with its specific equipment says, I could tow 7150 lbs. Here would be the question, is it to short of a wheelbase?
I actually made our team a spreadsheet to compare SUV wheel base to Trailer wheel base to see if someone simply gets the green light, or if we need to do more looking at extra factors. So.. basically.. we can help with that!

I like the layout and it's at the top of my Ford Ranger tow capacity. However, a plastic toilet and no slam latches is kind of sad.
Toilet is an easy swap thankfully!

Would it be possible to add the led fireplace aftermarket?
There are a variety of aftermarket items that could easily swap in (IKEA face-mounted fireplaces come to mind). Amazon likely has plenty of options that could work here.
I don't believe it's a complicated thing. Let me ask you -- if this RV had a fireplace, then would it be the right one for you?

I have not. I would also share we aren't likely to bring one in for general inventory as it doesn't seem to find homes at the rate of many of the other Jay Feathers offered at this time.

Apologies, but the phrasing of this question generates more questions than answers. By walk-in tub are you referring to something suited for folks with limited mobility? A floor flush shower pan? I want to make sure I'm getting you the right answer.

Theater seating is available. King beds are generally found two-steps-up in the Eagle HT family like the 262RBOK

Not in the Jay Feather series. I think a good sign is they've advanced their product so quickly people are now seeking "high class" features in this size/budget range.

What are the bed measurements?
Feathers have 60" x 74" camp queens, though they're commonly true queen capable. You'll find the longer queens in models like Jay Flights and White Hawks

@@tovaromero7805 Sure! Both types of beds are 60" wide, so that's not an issue. A True queen is just a bit longer is all. There's room in this RV to simply swap the beds w/o any mods.
o.k. I am confused I just saw this on another site and they said it is under 3500 pounds just what is the weight on these?
3500lbs is most definitely an error -- likely unintentional. The dry weight I say and show at the beginning is the actual weight of this RV as it was scaled by Jayco coming off the production line.
