  • Here is a classic recipe for Carbonare with spaghetti without cream, from a colleague, an Italian chef - Marko from the Spezi area. As he says himself, in each region of Italy this pasta is prepared a little differently.
    This recipe is the way his mother used to prepare it for him and his two Brothers.
    This is a classic recipe for Spaghetti Carbonara without cream, on egg yolks, easy and quick to prepare.
    Recipe:
    -Pancetta / jowl or pork cheeks 100g
    -Spaghetti 200g
    -2 eggs
    -2 egg yolks
    -30g Pecorino
    -30g Parmesan
    -Pepper
    -Salt

    Juz od lat probujemy wytlumaczyc ze do carbonary nie idzie boczek tylko guanciale. I same zoltka.
