      I would love to talk more about the importance of form. In a literal sense, but also when and how to scale down before you can scale up. #NoEgoAmigo

      Hypertrophy training/training the same movements while gradually increasing load over the course of a period of time! I would like to hear more about how important repetition is during strength training

      How to build a recovery day, how to recognize you’re no longer benefiting From the current difficulty level, things outside the workout the affect your workout results- hydration, sleep, diet, etc.

    Oh gosh I suffered from the No days off trend when I first bought my peloton!!! It got so bad I ended being over trained and had to take over a week off. And even then I was still in a lot of pain and could barely keep the pedals moving. Take your rest days people!

    I would love for Peloton to.have de-loading identified classes. I think psychologically it hard to take days off for some people.

    I would love to have a “never have I everl series with all the Peloton instructors. I’ve only seen and done one with Matty way back when. It was a blast. 🎉😊❤

    Do 10 minute classes count as micro workouts? Not sure I would count an Ally Love barre class as micro though 😅
