I cannot tell you what life would look like without Cody's truth, Emma's chill, Matt's technical advice, CDE and her depth and love, JSS and her mothering, Jess and how she brings out the girl I wish I has allowed out, Alex and his straight talk, Kendall and the truth and grit she shares, Ross and his ability to look inside, Jess Sims and her athleticism, Tunde and her rawness and strength, Rebecca and her freedom to dance, Adrian and his emotional laps speak to me, Bradley brings out the corniness, Leanne and Ben a true love, Hannah F and her rhythm and smile of who she genuinely is, Ally for showing me that I am a BOSS, and Robin for showing me I have a crown always and even if it's crooked It is my responsibility it straighten it. Between kids, dogs, spouses, work and life in general, Jess has inspired is to finally prioritize ourselves and also our friendship. We have weekly BFF bootcamps that we do and it's time we've set aside for ourselves and for each other.

Peloton means the main pack of riders in a cycling race. It is also the name of a great cycling magazine. It does not mean overweight housewives riding a spin bike to lose weight so their husband won’t boink the broad next door.
