should be moderated by 2 moderators, one BIden chooses, and one Trump chooses, and both moderators, get to ask one question at a time, back and forth, and both candidates are to reply to all questions. ALL questions can only discuss national issues, NOT legal issues they both are dealing with, not personal questions, such a releasing tax records, etc. Ony questions that affect the running of a nation as president, and how they plan to deal with such issues, not listing past achievements without what they will do one way or another on any issue. And, both candidates should be allowed a 8 minute opening statement to say what they choose on any matter, an a closing one as well, with no moderator interference and no limit on what they can address in those open and closing remarks.
