      Hi! I think u can start agency once ur holding a stamp 4 or a permanent residency if your non EU or non irish , so it takes 2 years. County depends on your personality. Kust do your research and see how you feel, Dublin offers city life , however rent can be very costly . Lots of counties but the big ones ate Limerick , Cork, Galway, ( those are the popular ones i Know)

      @BoyetVentura  Год назад

      Hello Elle, so un shinare ko dito is part timr HSE ( which is govt hosp) and part time agency. So mejo malki un kita plus iba din kasi ang rate ng agency shift kapag special area like icu and theater - kapag mga general shifts sa ward mas mababa rate. If cgro full time sa nursing home mag aaverage yan nga mga 20 to 26 euro per hour depending sa years of experience mo. Ang agency shifts kasi mataas sila magpasweldo like sa general ward nasa 35 euros per hour depending kng anung agency. Mga special areas like icu mga 45 to 60 euros per hour dependi din kng anung agency. Madmi din ksi g agencies dito sa ireland . Un HSE ( govt hospital ) ko na 2 days a week ko lng gngwa is 26 euro per hour ako dun. 😀 i hope nasagot ko question mo.
