Creating wealth and financial freedom isn't as tough as many people believe. Building wealth and remaining financially stable indefinitely is a lot easier with the appropriate information. Participating in financial programs and products is the only true approach to make a high income and remain affluent indefinitely...
It is always good to have a financial plan. I work with a professional planner and fixed-income strategist in NY. The fixed income portion of your portfolio won't simply serve as a buffer to the volatility of the equity portion of your portfolio, but will provide legitimate income.
I couldn't agree more. Taking charge of your life and putting in the hard work is the path to success. Having a portfolio manager like Mr. Samuel Peter Descovich is a game-changer. Their expertise and guidance can truly transform your financial journey. Making $35,000 in profits each month and saving 70% of that is quite impressive! They save you time and provide valuable insights that lead to impressive profits. Keep up the amazing work, and enjoy the fruits of your labor..

Found his website easily. It was like the first thing that came up when I searched his name. I'll surely touch basis with him to see what the best step is for me to take right now. THANK YOU!!!
It’s unfortunate most people don’t have such information, I don’t really blame people who panic cos lack of information can be a big hurdle. I’ve been making more than $65k passively investing with Samuel Peter Descovich, and I don’t have to do much work. It doesn’t matter if the market is crashing, I will always make good profit returns.
Wow that's cool! In Poland you must have headphones and a permission from the control tower to be able to fly somewhere and you cannot land just like that. Many places charge you with little fee and if you fly over a airport and touch the ground, you will be fined with over 1000PLN. So basically you are free to fly where you want, but you must submit your "ride" and get a permission.
He probably informed the flight tower of his flight or the radar detected his helicopter. You can’t just fly without informing them otherwise you could for example hit a drone accidentally.

@@baconeater5557 but what if the two things take the same course of action and collide instead. Meaning let’s say two helicopters are flying at the same height. I was wondering this too, and according to Google you are actually allowed to land in places that aren’t airports or airfields as long as the landing is done in a safe manner. And if the property you’re landing in is private, you must have permission from the owner.
FAA doesn't restrict this, if local laws do not allow it thats a different story. As long as you are doing this safely in a safe location, and if it's private property and have the owner's permission you are good do land where you like. Thats if you keep everything I just said in mind.

You can land on public land but as you’ve said it’s your responsibility to ensure that the landing spot you choose is completely safe.
@LemonToGo 100% untrue. You need FAA or tower permission, a filed flight plan amongst other things.
@@jeffdur1330 I don't think this guy is flying in controlled airspace. It looks like some rural area.
@@jeffdur1330 things are different in different places yk
@@jeffdur1330incorrect depends on the airspace you are flying in. Ifr low altitude below 18,000 feet and doesnt go through class B airspace it is not required, It is only recommended for emergency.

I like how he just landed his helicopter and strolled on into McDonalds as casual as ever lol
Agreed
He didn't "Stroll" into McDonalds. He ran into McDonalds then ran out as if he knew he was doing something wrong.

Can I ask what the legalities of this are? Is it really totally legal to just land your Heli anywhere you want haha. This is badass. 10/10.
definitely not legal. there are so many laws and regulations with flying aircraft.
You can land helicopter on a field as he did
Per §91.119 of the FARs, yes. That said, you can't just find an open field-there may be local/state regulations regarding helicopter operations.@@coolcsgo
His aircraft is an ultralight aircraft, regulations are lighter.@@rock962000
FAA rules aside, I think that was an act of trespass. McDonalds may welcome the public and provide space for them to park their vehicles, but the warehouse next door... probably not.
When he first left, the keys were in it, then when he came back, the keys were not in it, then they magically appeared in the slot again. It's all so cool, when I was flying my Quicksilver ultralight, I used to land in a couple parking lots, get a couple grocery items, or a chicken sandwich. My favorite part was always the looks on people's faces, and their body language when they saw my airplane land, sit there empty, and then me take off. A special treat when everybody else is doing the exact same things driving their vehicles into parking spots, and here is this guy doing it with his airplane! (I always landed & took off in an empty part of the parking lot, well away from any people or vehicles, safety first, then joy & fun.

I've shuffled through a few experts in the past, but settled with SAMUEL PETER DESCOVICH. The strategy he use is recession-proof, more specifically profit-oriented , and most likely, you'd find his basic info on the net, he's a renowned advisor.
That hanger looks exactly like the one in Expendables.
Knowing that I can normally fly around makes me wanna get a pilot's liscense even more.
You're living the life, dude. Have you ever had any issues landing in random spots like that?
I sure hope the faa was ok with this😲

@@andruliftsLivid? About what? 😂

@@jayasmrmore3687 You absolutely do not need to talk to air traffic control to fly in the US. Radios are not even necessarily part of the required equipment in this country. If you are outside of controlled airspace (which most of the country is) you can pretty much fly however you see fit.
@@baconeater5557 then how do you prevent collisions in the air
@@jayasmrmore3687 Visual Flight Rules. See and avoid. When it comes to drones specifically I know they have some rules about where exactly they are allowed to fly to help stay away from us but I dont know the details. Ultimately the overwhelming majority of US airspace is governed by see and avoid.
@@baconeater5557 but what if the two things take the same course of action and collide instead. Meaning let’s say two helicopters are flying at the same height. Once they see each other the pilot of helicopter 1 might have his helicopter go upwards to avoid the second helicopter. Now if helicopter 2 goes down that’s best, if maintains path it’s probably okay. But what if instinctively that second pilot also pulls his or her helicopter upwards? Then in trying to avoid each other they ironically both collide.
Never thought you could just land these things anywhere. Man I need to get my pilots license! Got a big heart for aviation. I've heard its hard to fly a helicopter....true or not? I'd like to fly a Cessna or anything along that line.
7-12 hours is average to learn how to hover one. It’s just practice. They’re expensive though; three times the price of fixed wing training for that R22.

Have you ever been questioned by the police or something?
And if yes, what have they said or asked.
All a helicopter pilot, may possibly have to answer police, would be to show them his pilot's license, and clarify that there is no emergency.
Now, I have a question, can you legally land on any public property suitable for a landing without previous setup?
nope
@@Seeker-vo2tzyup
Where ever he goes the helicopter goes too!
I’m not an all things aviation expert but wouldn’t the FAA destroy you and your pilots license for landing in public places?
I was wondering this too, and according to Google you are actually allowed to land in places that aren’t airports or airfields as long as the landing is done in a safe manner. And if the property you’re landing in is private, you must have permission from the owner.
FAA doesn't restrict this, if local laws do not allow it thats a different story. As long as you are doing this safely in a safe location, and if it's private property and have the owner's permission you are good do land where you like. Thats if you keep everything I just said in mind.
