My guess is that there's a legal issue with Trump getting Stormy Daniels' old lawyer, as her current lawyer just sent a bunch of old emails between Daniels and Tacopina to the DA.
The postponement is because of a letter that Cohen’s lawyers wrote from 2018.
This DA is trying not to look like a fool since he already got called out for trying to weave federal law into his case against Trump.
