Fun fact, The exorcist scared the band Black Sabbath so badly they all slept in the same room together instead of their own hotel rooms. It still freaks Ozzy Osbourne still to this day along with Robert the doll.
They claim that The Strangers is based on a true story. Whether it is or not, it is genuinely the only movie that ever scared me. In the very first scene, before the character even knows something is going on, the first man is already in the house. At the end, when she asks, "why are you doing this to us?" He says, "because you were home." That is scarier than most concepts, in my opinion.

Okay but that "get clean, we believe in you" after discussing drug and alcohol use made me so happy. No rude comments, just love, and that's what we need more of ❤
21:26 A Fun but Horrible Fact: One of the injuries she sustained was actually caused by the director. She had already hurt her back, even telling the director that she was injured and to not pull her back too hard in the harness (which was supposed to pull her backwards in a crucial moment), but he ignored her pleas and had them still pull her backwards hard, it was so hard that she went into the radiator/wall and broke a part of her spine. So when you see her in pain, that's not acting, she was in literal pain and was only treated after they got their shot, even including it in the film. She spoke about it in an interview after the film was released.
Her back was injured when Linda was tossed around on the bed. The constant bending damaged a couple of vertebrae. It weakened those vertebrae which caused them to break with the yank of the harness.
The Exorcism of Emily Rose As someone with Dissociative Identity Disorder, a disorder that develops in early childhood due to severe repeated trauma that disrupts the development of a singular personality/identity of the individual, Analise's story is shockingly and terrifyingly similar to what some with the disorder experience.. With religious trauma, some with the disorder may think themselves possessed because of the "hearing voices" and "acting unlike themselves", something I personally experienced in my early 20s before learning about the disorder.. Her story makes me so glad mental health research is where it is now for people like me who would have DEFINITELY been in her situation.. It really is tragic what happened to her, it should have never happened
I’m in rehab right now because of one night hearing you say something like you did in this, that you and Adam believe in us getting clean and sober. 10 months sober… love you guys!
The “provocative” quote is from blades of glory. Will Ferrel says “we’re only doing one song and one song only.. lady humps by black eyed peas” “I don’t even know what that means!” “NO ONE knows what it means! BUT ITS PROVOCATIVE!” Your welcome. lol Also the only thing I could think while I was watching this was how beautiful your red lip color was.. What shade/brand? It’s so pretty!
Bathsheba actully lived in the town over from where the Arnold Estate was (Counjuring house's actual name). Also if she was meant to have been a witch then she would never have been burried in consercrated ground which she is. She has been demonised due to the warrens when in fact she had nothing to do with what went on at the property.
Blair and Burstyn actually both suffered lower spinal fractures during filming. The footage when Blair was being flung around violently on the bed was actually a stunt gone wrong and caused her to break a portion of her lower spine. They never took her to a doctor and never broke from shooting. That footage is in the movie. Burstyn was thrown up against a cabinet violently without proper stunt equipment and fractured her lower spine. That footage is also what you see in the film and despite her needing crutches for two weeks they never stopped filming. She has suffered with back problems the rest of her life following that incident.
Her spine was actually broken when she was yanked into the wall with the harness. The thrashing on the bed did some damage that weakened the bones. They did get her medical attention but it was a day or two later after they knew they got their desired shot.
My family has a tie to the Poltergeist movie. The Atlas truck in the movie belonged to my father in law and my husband has pictures of them being on set. His dad is unfortunately gone now, but it's a lovely memory for him to remember everytime we watch the movie. I've always been a huge horror movie buff and when he first told me and showed me the pics I about died with glee because that movie has always been a favorite of mine as well. Everytime it's mentioned, I like to tell this about my father in law and husband being there and being a part of the movie because we get to remember him and I think he deserves to be remember by everyone else as well. I've also been a practicing witch my whole life and I do think the curse is real in a way, but one way to combat a curse is to turn it into a positive experience and to send it back to where it came from and we have done that. The curse is not a part of the memories my husband has of his father and it will never darken those happy memories we get to talk about and share with others. I know my husband's father would be proud of his son and I am proud to be his wife and that I get to share those memories with him and our children about their grandfather. He had a great life and I hope he is at peace wherever he is.
My husband and I met online and bonded over our love of horror movies. My favorite part of The Exorcist is the split second flashes to a "devil face." Poltergeist is a great movie. Poor pup, I can feel the pain of a loved pet getting cherry eye, (my dog also has cherry eye and has had it for 6 years. Her surgeries were successful but it just came back) Hope your parents’ dog gets a surgery that is successful, and try at the cherry eye doesn’t come back ❤
So many tabs, so little time!... I feel you, I have 27 open at the moment, with well over half being YT. I just watched KMK, so that's one down. Celina now, then Roly and Luxeria next...and then? Well who knows what comes next? There are bound to be interesting looking videos I just have to open in a new tab for later - and it's already 4:20am!!!
21:09 I heard about the fire, the creepy thing about it was Reagan's room (where the whole spooky stuff was supposed to happen) was the only area that wasn't affected by the fire, that's one of the reasons why they were saying it was cursed.
The skeletons in the pool scene during poltergeist were actually real. They were the cheapest, realest looking ones.......Oddly enough. The director didn't let the actress know.
the way celina explains stuff is great even with the drugs that was hilarious idk why we also love how adam just voice over in videos most times and they go on getting side tracked lol also did adam say it's 2023 babes its 2024

Also on the poltergeist, there was a neighborhood in Houston, Texas actually built on a cemetery that is also alluded to be an inspiration for the movie. They also made a 90's tv movie about it called Grave Secrets.
28:00 and from what I heard from different places was that after filming the skeletons were sold to Disney to be used on the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean attraction.
Every time I watch/listen to The Haunted Estate, when you (Celina) is talking about the topic, you sound like a news reporter which, even if it's a story about a fictional story, makes me feel like I'm listening to a news channel😅😅 Much love to you and Adam!! You guys are doing amazing things!!!✨✨
This video having the new Netflix series about those 2 brothers, who murdered their abusive parents, as the long ad is so fitting. It's a docupic or whatever those true stories are called, but it probably has some fictional flair too like the subject of this video. I like when fictional stories are based in truth tho - my autism enjoys the rabbithole that follows "Inspired by/based on a true story"
Poltergeist 1 & 2 are absolute favourites of mine. Julian Beck who played the Reverend Henry Kane in 2 who was and still is terrifying was dying of stomach cancer and died before post production. That’s why he looks so scary, he was determined to finish filming.
The exorcist is my absolute favourite movie ever made. My ringtone is Tubular Bells. And I’m planning on a themed tattoo of it too. Without a doubt, that movie was WAY ahead of its time
That bedroom would be where all the stuff you don't want to deal with but can't get rid of would go to die. Just open the door & chuck it in. Kids artwork, family memorabilia from family members that aren't that close, last seasons holiday projects, the old Christmas tree that you were going to turn into the kids Xmas tree but then didn't want to mess with & so on.
My daughter just left to go back to college. I’m sitting here in tears and I see a new Celina video! I needed this SO BAD!!! Yayyy! Fixing to jump in and watch my Favorite RUclipsr!! (Tied with Kris!)
I watched like 5 minutes of a horror movie when I was younger I watched one jumpscare and I never watched a horror movie again but I fall asleep almost every night to True Crime serial killers fascinate me how does that make sense😅
If you decide to go to the conjuring house be very careful as the owner will take your money and not show up to let you in. I’d stay away until she’s handled her mess. 34:18
seeing her post notification while visiting my dad in the hospital just made me so happy to be able to come back home and watch her to help to take away my stress
omg Celina! Ur my fav yt especially when you're in Sam and Colby, you just know it's going to be good. I can't believe how much care and trust u put in Kriss, a true friend. love ya ! xx
By the way Celina you might get this comment a lot but I just want to say that my parents are going through court and I have become very depressed and I have been watching you since forever ago and you cheer me up when no one else can thank you so much for being so helpful to me God bless❤😊
I always reassure myself when I watch horror movies that it’s just movies, but knowing that some of them are based off real story just gives me chills 😭🙏
The Exorcism of Emily Rose actually creeped the hell out of me. Especially the barn scene where the priest is trying to get the name of the demons and at first she screams Nein (no) before naming every demon possessing her.
My favourite horror movies are ones that could actually happen, those tend to freak me out the most because I imagine it happening to me. My fav movie is the strangers, I can’t explain why but I think it’s for that reason. The first scary movie i saw part of that traumatised me was at the age of 4. I was born in 1973 so am older. I snuck upstairs at night and caught a glimpse of what I believe was the swamp thing. Inside my head he was known as the mud monster and I was convinced it lived in the basement of every home lol. As a teenager at a sleepover some friends and I watched the Texas chainsaw massacre. We only got about halfway through that one. It probably took a decade before I was ever able to try to watch that movie again. It scared us silly. In my 20s I watched the entity and it freaked me out so bad that I never allowed myself to watch or think about it. The idea that something could attack someone in such a manner is beyond terrifying to me as a woman. I think maybe 10 years ago I watched it again and the fictional aspects they added in the last part of the movie were so stupid that I’m not as afraid. Although I don’t think I would ever watch it again unless they did an amazing remake and took out that ridiculous fictional part of trying to trap the entity. Geez! When I was 20, so mid 1990s there was an old movie theatre here that on Saturday nights would show one midnight movie. Myself and about 6 guy friends went to go see one of the faces of death movies. We’d all heard of them but hadn’t seen any. The theatre was packed and all but myself and a friend had to find single seats scattered across the theatre. During one part of the movie I noticed someone up front stand up and begin running to the exit quite awkwardly as he had to manoeuvre up the far right side of the theatre. Turns out it was one of our friends who barely made it to the bathroom to puke due to the graphic nature of the content, some of which was straight up fiction but most I believe was real. It’s kinda crazy to think how so much of that type of content is normalised now with the rise of the internet and social media. As far as the supernatural, I personally have never experienced something that I couldn’t explain but I believe that anything is possible and I don’t discount what other people claim to have experienced. But I do believe that sometimes people either straight up lie or more likely aren’t being critical thinkers in the moment when many times there is a logical explanation. For example, yesterday I walked past a glass of ice water and the straw completely moved in a circle around the edge of the cup jingling to ice in the process. Obviously that happened as the ice melted and shifted but I can easily see how someone could assume it was supernatural. I was obsessed with that show the haunted years ago and after scaring myself way too much I had a very frightening experience in a hotel room that I probably stayed in at least 10 times within a decade time period. This was on the Oregon coast and I always booked the same room when I stayed there. During one visit when I was watching way too many ghost shows I was terrified while staying in that room. There was overwhelming sense of heaviness in the back bedroom. I was convinced something evil was there. I’ve since stayed in that same room at least 4 or more times and never had that feeling, nor have I had that feeling anywhere else. For me, I personally believe that the more someone is exposing themselves to lots of paranormal content, etc, the more someone is opening themselves up to that sort of activity happening in their lives, or more logically they are allowing their minds to take something logical and turn it into something that appears paranormal. It is hard to believe what the human brain is capable of doing as we barely understand the complexities of the brain. I think most things supernatural can be logically explained as otherwise but I do believe that anything is possible and we should all try to keep an open mind because who knows? I find horror movie’s fascinating but I now limit my viewing of paranormal content to just a little bit at a time because honestly, that hotel room “experience “ was terrifying. And I’d rather not test out my theory lol.

The exorcist is my absolute favourite movie ever made. My ringtone is Tubular Bells. And I’m planning on a themed tattoo of it too. Without a doubt, that movie was WAY ahead of its time
OMG I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS SO MUCHHHHH
That bedroom would be where all the stuff you don't want to deal with but can't get rid of would go to die.
Just open the door & chuck it in.
Kids artwork, family memorabilia from family members that aren't that close, last seasons holiday projects, the old Christmas tree that you were going to turn into the kids Xmas tree but then didn't want to mess with & so on.
1:11 thank you 🤣
Any movie based on reality piques my interest every time!! It's always so insanely cool, or horrifying! I love the history about all of it

I love your videos Celine!🖤 you looking pretty as always 🖤
If you decide to go to the conjuring house be very careful as the owner will take your money and not show up to let you in. I’d stay away until she’s handled her mess. 34:18
seeing her post notification while visiting my dad in the hospital just made me so happy to be able to come back home and watch her to help to take away my stress

By the way Celina you might get this comment a lot but I just want to say that my parents are going through court and I have become very depressed and I have been watching you since forever ago and you cheer me up when no one else can thank you so much for being so helpful to me God bless❤😊
ANNHHHHHHHHHHHHH😂😂😂😂
I always reassure myself when I watch horror movies that it’s just movies, but knowing that some of them are based off real story just gives me chills 😭🙏
The Exorcism of Emily Rose actually creeped the hell out of me. Especially the barn scene where the priest is trying to get the name of the demons and at first she screams Nein (no) before naming every demon possessing her.
What i love about CelinaSpookyBoo is doesn't matter what she talks about its NEVER snooze fest. 😋Thanks Celina🦋 , Hello from South Africa🌍

Sorry I think the show I loved was called “a haunting”. Not the haunted
I love watching these!! Please make more!!
