Now, Sam Bankman-Fried has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.
A judge in New York found that customers, investors and lenders lost $11 billion after the collapse of his FTX firm and rejected pleas from his defence for a shorter sentence.

Bankman will be in prison for a few years and then be released on parole with strict conditions. His parole conditions will be as follows: he can work from 9am to 5pm but must return to his home prison after 5pm. He could only have BBQ on weekends and can only leave the USA for vacation twice.
If it's a non whyt, then it's a scammer. Otherwise, it's a crypro king, entrepreneur, etc.
If you steal from the rich, you go to prison. When the rich steal from the poor and working class, they receive around of applause.

I am shocked at the length of sentence… not because he doesn’t deserve to go to jail… Have defrauders from mainstream banks or financial institutions ever had such heavy sentences? Jordan Belfort (Wolf of Wall Street) served 22 months for going the US equivalent of QE on old associates... No Wall Street heads went to jail after the 2008 financial crisis… Sorry , one Banker, Egyptian Born, of course, was sentenced to a whopping 30 months in jail… slight disparities eh???

A former work colleague always went on about buying bitcoin and i tried to tell him it was a bad idea. He lost almost £230k, his wife left him and he is now homeless.
His attitude before his fall was obnoxious because he constantly went on about how much his crypto currency was worth and when it all went wrong, the amount of people that done the `I told you so` thing was unreal.
Im glad this fraudster has been jailed and i hope that all 13k+ crypto currencies get removed from existance.
