By "Not official", I'm pretty sure that it refers to the beatmap for Osu and Project diva, not the game itself. The games ARE official, but beatmaps for these two games can be created by anyone, and that means that there are different beatmaps for those games, which means it cannot really be compared.
If you're gonna do something like this I wouldn't recommend including charts from simulator games like osu or the project diva one since they aren't official. In this case it is only technically 9 games it's been in officially.
