@franklinarias348 It might be possible. Not every single unit will be like that because I didn't experience that problem. If anything you can probably be replaced your warranty if you give them a call.
Josh I bought the 65 QM7 and very often it pops Ethernet not connected .We have to connect it manually every time we turn on the TV.We just bought it,do you suggest to change the tv or contact tcl.
@@franklinarias348 You probably have a faulty unit. If you are still within the return or exchange period then I would go exchange it for a replacement.
Get the tcl qm851g 75 inches you won’t regret it, and this is coming from a guy who owns the massive tcl qm851g 98 inch size one those black levels man they are almost like oled black levels.
I have the qm7 and set it to adjust the brightness with the room light and it stays on 29 whether I have the ceiling light on bright or no lights on at all. Could you help me with that
I got this TV against the judgment of Best But employees. I did the research and felt this tv was the best bang for the buck and loaded out with features. Big mistake. 120hz motion is garbage. Anything sub 4k looks horrendous. This TV is ok if you ONLY do native 4k in everything. The best buy employee told me he would rather have the entry level Samsung then a “high end” TCL. I agree 100%. I’m going back to Samsung 7200 and will never, ever consider TCL again.
Tbf an entry level Samsung would be horrendous at 120hz since they only do 60hz and 4k upscaling wouldn't be all that great either. If I'm correct the 7200 only does 60, but ig for a $200 savings that may be worth it to lose the contrast of Mini-LED and Color space of quantum dot.
@@Quiselott This is spec sheet vs real life comparison. You fell for the same sales pitch i fell for. The 60 hz motion on the Samsung 7200 is heads above the 120hz on TCL. It was literally the worst screen tearing i’ve ever seen on any tv in my life. Also Samsung is spectacular at 4k upscaling. You’ve bought the hype man.
The QM7 seems great so far! Full review coming soon👍 Like & Subscribe!
@@Josh_Quinonez You think is defective because digital trends mentioned he was having this problem with the one he was reviewing.

Smooth looking tv bro thank you.
Agreed man thanks!
Any settings recommendations for the 55qm751g? Just got mine and theres so many features
Best settings for this tcl please? Thank you
screen corners are black and black dots in the middle of TV but still its a good TV 😂, returned
where was the power cord I didnt see you set that up
Is this model the same as the C755?
Its an amazing TV. Buy it
Question, 75 inch QM8 or 85 inch QM7. seating from five to ten feet from screen.
I would trade granular picture quality differences between the two for the 10” size increase. 85” is fully immersive at 9 feet.

We should have got the Q7 Instead
@@dujuanjohnson5025The Q7 is a downgrade from the QM7 in every metric. Do you have any idea what you’re talking about?
@@CalvinTennessee it's not. It's actually better for gaming than the qm7
