- Today I am sharing what I eat in a typical day.. its getting colder now and I defiantly find I eat a lot more warming foods coming into this time of year.. I am also trying out mash which is made in a minute.. what do you think it will be like???

I buy boxed mashed potatoes and sprinkle into stews and casseroles or anything I need to be thickened, a trick I learned from my Nan.. I judged her initially and now am grateful for her pearls of wisdom xx

Happy 40th Birthday Kerry. I love that Idahoan mash for day's when i don't feel like cooking. It's a lot better than Smash. I have several health condition's so don't alway's feel like peeling potatoes. This is the best substitute i have found. Rorys cake was incredible! Bless him 🥰 Chris is so handy in the kitchen isn't he, you're very lucky. My hubby does the Roasts and Toad in the hole but nothing more refined than that! I absolutely love it when he cooks though, it really does taste so much better! X

Hey Kerry, hope you’re well. I’m happy, good and doing well thank you good morning love this What I eat in a day video. So happy and motivated I liked all the breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening dessert ideas as well. My favourite what my family eat in day ideas are the egg on toast, strawberry yogurt, I love having all types of yoghurts and breakfasts as well. I love nuts too. My favourite nuts are pistachios, almonds, cashews and pecans too. I like water and Turkish tea, I love butter, honey or jam on toast! I had pomegranate seeds, cheese borek with black sesame seeds, blueberry and custard danish, lemon drizzle cake and latte, chocolate Lindt egg, chocolate chip shortbread biscuit, sweet potato and vegetable soup and blueberries as well. I had soup, rice, chicken and meatballs, water, tea and cookies. Stuffed peppers with yoghurt I had salad and plus Baklava. Fruit jam on a doughnut as well. I love drinking water. I exercise once or twice a week using body team project workouts or I go to the gym. I feel so much better and energetic as well. Plus I do go up on steps like that! The pasta, broccoli and salmon with Parmesan cheese looks delicious and scrumptious too. I love having ice creams, desserts, chocolate and biscuits as well. When I also workout it encourages me to drink water. I love this style of what my family eat in a day video because it show and give us different breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas in one video. Yes I love you to do more of these what my family eat in a day and full week what I eat in a day videos please? I love chocolates, biscuits and desserts. I love Waitrose I love ice cream and fruit, vegetables and salads. I love having autumnal and colder foods when it’s rainy compared with the warm weather! I love having water. I had a nut crumble cake, banana pecan cake and blueberry custard brioche, I also had chocolate muffin and blueberry muffin as well. It was so good and delicious. I love showering and bathing in the warm and colder weather as you get hot and flustered! I also like taking my collagen drink as it gives me energy and helps me as I take an hour before leaving or staying home. The tuna salad with rock and rice sounds amazing. I would made the same salad but instead I would use chicken rocket and rice too. The Victoria sponge cake sounds lovely. I love all types of cakes, desserts and biscuits. I had a slice of banana and walnut cake and a lemon drizzle cake and both of them were delicious with a cup of tea. Can I also have your reply from you telling me what’s the name of the new video which is coming on Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7:30pm from you please? What happened to AG1? I thought it was really expensive!
Your really not supposed to take omega fish oil and turmeric, should be one or the other. A reputable health shop would tell you this. Also people who have high blood pressure shouldn't take omega 3 fish oil. I suffer with joint pain as does my husband so I've looked into it..maybe it's something you should say in your vlog for people to look into it themselves, what's best for them.
